What happened in Turkish football today? 06.10.2017
Turkey didnt provide anything for not allowing Iceland to play their own football.
With losing against Icelandic National Team with 3:0 scoreline during World Cup Qualifiers 9th week game, Turkish National Team has lost its chances to get ticket to Russia next summer with providing very poor football tonight.
Turkish National Team didnt manage to provide any stressful game towards Iceland and has provided very poor football without control of the game and has allowed Iceland to play their own football which their done great game. Prior to game, Turkish National Team head coach Mircea Lucescu has stated that he was working on his mind for long time but it does look that he has failed to plan game as he wanted and to allow win game. Of course, with him having ban during tonight game has prevented him to provide any direct changes during the game and wasnt able to provide direct changes. Turkish National Team players in all fairness did come out with aims to win the game but their didnt manage to control game. Once again the weakness of defenders has become clear with how simple goals has been conceded as all 3 goals has come from simple defence mistakes. Lots of questions needs to be discussed about Turkish National Team after this World Cup Qualifiers.
Meanwhile, Iceland has provided much more organised game compare to Turkey and has provided their own football which has led them win game without much difficulty as Turkey didnt provide anything to them to have tough times to get out from comfort zone and that led for comfortable game.
Turkish National Team has provided another game with its poor systematic issue and now it would come out on 9th October to formality game against Finland aiming at least to end qualifying stage with a win.
Big clubs are interested to transfer Trabzonspor players Yusuf Yazici and Abdulkadir Omur
Even through until mid-season transfer window there is still long time, there is also high expectation that transfer talks of Trabzonspor young players Yusuf Yazici and Abdulkadir Omur would be discussed a lot as there is new transfer rumour surrounding them each day.
Today it became clear that Arsenal for instance has a very strong interests towards Yusuf Yazici and has arleady offered 16 million euro which is pretty good value for young player who without doubt has a great future in his hands. As been stated those rumours has been discussed in this week, during national team break, with also news coming up that Bayern Munich are interested with both players and Monaco wanting to sign Abdulkadir Omur. Without doubt those news are good motivational boost for those players as it shows to them that their doing a great job and hence would aim to improve even more to carry on recieving offers and make footballing world to talk about them. However, it is known that Trabzonspor which have their own aims during this season doesnt consider to sell them.
In fact, if both Yusuf Yazici and Abdulkadir Omur would carry on improving like that their would not only carry on recieving from European giants but also those offers in value wise would rise and bring lots of money to Trabzonspor if their would sell them one day.
Fikret Orman doesnt allow Besiktas player Oguzhan Ozyakup to have transfer negotiations with other clubs.
It became clear today from Turkish sports media rumours that Besiktas CEO Fikret Orman didnt allow for its player Oguzhan Ozyakup to have any transfer rumours with any of the clubs as it is known that many clubs in Europe are interested to transfer him.
After providing rising high performance at the Besiktas both at domestic league, UEFA competition during past season it is normal that number of European clubs, including Premier League team Crystal Palace, showing strong interests towards Oguzhan Ozyakup. It is known however that both players and club administrators have no intention to sell or loan him to any club at least until next summer transfer window. Oguzhan Ozyakup are among leading players at the team and one of the strongest among Turkish ones, and hence it would be highly expected that Besiktas will not sell him easily in near future which without doubt would be also seen as good thing and decision by its supporters. The main reason meanwhile for this ban from Fikret Orman is to let player focus entire to this season as it has aims in domestic but more importantly at Champions League.
The interest towards Oguzhan Ozyakup would carry on and become even stronger in upcoming period but its important what kind of stance would both player and administration take in those negotiations.
