Galatasaray has fought until last minute even through it lost control of the game
Galatasaray has won an important game against struggling Karabukspor during Super League 7th week game even through the game has ended up being much harder than expected for them as their opponents has provided strong resistance.
It needs to be stated that Galatasaray with a support of their fans has started game very well and have shown very attacking football with finding two early goals with Sofiane Feghouli and Maicon. With this scoreline it did look with a strong support from its fans it would be able to win game comfortably but Karabukspor has shown great comeback with scoring 2 goals, with second being from questionable penalty decision. It needs to be stated that after 2:0 Galatasaray has become relaxed from scoreline which provided them problems of winning game but with last minute goal of Maicon it has managed to win game. With this taking account Galatasaray even through with poor results has managed fight until end of the game which does show an important team spirit. Galatasaray would now go as leaders with point difference to national team break.
Karabukspor meanwhile did provide a good fighting spirit and to some extend could have found more goals if it has used great chances but still showing comeback to Galatasaray with losing 2:0 shows good spirit. Despite of losing game this could be turning point for them.
Galatasaray has managed to play game until end of the game and has managed to gain win even through things didnt go as was planned for them at the end of the game. Still this would keep team at high mood.
Fenerbahce needs to recognise why its not showing great game in national team break.
Fenerbahce as been stated at our blog yesterday with its performance against Akhisarspor during Super League 7th week game has went backwards with its performance despite of winning last 2 games.
One of the main issue of the Fenerbahce was not to be able to break strong Akhisarspor and as their opponent has reduced game tempo to some extend with Fenerbahce not being able to raise it has went into hand for their opponent. Taking account that with 1st chance from Akhisarspor which has contained lots of mistakes from Istanbul sides has led them to concede goal with some number of big mistakes including from Kameni. It is true that referee decision against Fenerbahce with red cards has been done unfairly and wasnt done deservedly and referee was affected from derby game. But it needs to be stated that Fenerbahce with its performance could turn game around with its performance yesterday. Akhisarspor might not show a top performance but with its tactically game did deserve to win as their had fulfilled its plan compare to Fenerbahce.
Fenerbahce needs to go through this game intensely and recognise its mistakes during national team break by Aykut Kocaman if it wants his team to fight for league title.
Besiktas comes out as favourite against Trabzonspor but Trabzon needs to win.
Turkish Super League 7th week game between Besiktas and Trabzonspor without doubt would be game of the week as both sides have an important tasks and aim to carry on its top performance and get to national team break with good mood.
Besiktas would be coming as favourites to the game with their performance at the Super League and more important at Champions League while Trabzonspor is going through mixture of times. If Trabzonspor wants to stay at the fight for league title it needs to find goals while Besiktas has serious risk of being 6 points behind league leaders Galatasaray. One of the main factors for Besiktas is that its playing at the Vodafone Arena where it didnt lose yet at home ground. The players mood even more important for Besiktas as it has won with RB Leipzig at the Champions League and with strong support would be expected to put strong pressure to Trabzonspor.
Besiktas would aim to win game while Trabzonspor lose would give huge blow to rest of the season and affect their aims in upcoming games so this game expects to be very excited.
