Besiktas has managed to win its first game from its Black Sea journey.
Besiktas has managed to get positive result from its first game of its Black Sea journey with a win against Rizespor with 2:1 scoreline. Even through the game has started with both teams wanting to win Besiktas, was the one to get important 3 points after 1st half.
Rizespor has started game with attacking style game showing that it was aiming to get at least one point from a game but goals scored by Jose Sosa from free-kick and Kerim Frei goal at 33rd minute has brough the seeking win for a team. Besiktas as usual for most of the time has controlled game and could once again score much more goals if it used it attacks more effeciently. Key players for Besiktas were surely impressive performance by Kerim Frei who apart from scoring a goal had created and found himself number of the chances during the game. After exciting 1st half, it does seem like at 2nd half Rizespor lost its belief up to 89th minute when it found goal by Chevalier and had created chances to find equaliser at the last minute of the game but apart of the stress to the Besiktas, Rizespor didnt manage to create much chances. Also missed penalty during 1st half has also affected to the game of Rizespor.
Besiktas has won 1st game of Black Sea journey but right now it would play against Trabzonspor on 15th March of 19th week postponed Super League game which would be more difficult game even through Trabzonspor is going throuh difficult game it would surely create different atmosphere. But from this result Besiktas chances of becoming champions this season once again is in their hands.
Rizespor meanwhile has tried to provide good attacks during the game but there were some areas which were creating such as converting attacks into goals which it had found during the game.
Fenerbahce is coming as big favourite at the game against Kayserispor.

There would be expectation once again for Robin van Persie to start at starting 11 as he start providing much more positive performance in past weeks even through still lacking scoring goals but if he does to manage to score tomorrow, he would go to game against Braga with high motivation.
Kayserispor, meanwhile, in realistic terms could only hope for a draw at best with a form the team at and also form of Fenerbahce are showing that Kayserispor winning game would be very big surprise, especially even Fenerbahce plays at home. Kayserispor needs to believe itself if it wants to bring surprising result.
Bonuses for 3rd place at the league might affect possitively to Galatasaray performance.

Galatasaray administrators has told to club players that the bonuses for this season will be 20,000 TL for home win; 30,000 TL for away game and 40.000 TL for derby wins but those will only be payed at the end of the season if team manages to get 3rd place at the table. This decision could provide extra motivation to the players which seems to be lacking currently as it lost chances to get league title as early as January. Assuming that this rumour is true, it would be very interesting how team would respond with such decision in the game tomorrow especially taking account that following from today game its 5 points away from Konyaspor and 2 from Basaksehirspor. It has chance to obtain 4th place tomorrow but the fight for 3rd could be very difficult looking at the form of Konyaspor.
Genclerbirligi, is currently does seem to be club without aims with being 11 points away from relegation zone but this game could be important to make their place to be at Super League more solid. Genclerbirligi is aware as most clubs that Galatasaray is playing far from its perfect football and hence playing at home will try to get best result as hard as it can.
