Fenerbahce reserves were poor against Amedspor.
There are reports that performance of Fenerbahce against Amedspor has kept team head coach Dick Advocaat unsatisfied despite of game to be played with substitutes and reserves. This needs to be stated is normal reaction from Advocaat regarding how team has performed at the game.
As it is known, Dick Advocaat as coach has always expected from his players to provide strong effort for the performance at the training and all games regardless of the level of player. However,yesterday performance by the Fenerbahce performance has provided an image that number of players, including reserves didnt take Amedspor game too seriously and were performing like its friendly game as Advocaat stated himself after game. Fenerbahce did arrive to game few hours before game and to some extend has focussed into defence at the 2nd half providing an image that it was happy with 1:0 scoreline and not believing that Amedspor would score. Interestingly when Amedspor did score and has played with 10 men Fenerbahce carried on providing same performance.
With current situation at the league and Europa League it would been expected for Fenerbahce not provide same level performance, but the level of performance by reserves and substitutes is worrying for the team right now.
Besiktas would only aim for win against Kasimpasa.
Besiktas is going to return to the Super League after such an emotional week for them after terror attack at their home stadium with the away game against Kasimpasa which is having pretty poor season.
Kasimpasa as it is known has lost so far both to Galatasaray and Fenerbahce at their home ground without being able to provide good opposition to the fellow Istanbul clubs. Besiktas with its current form does come out as strong favourite and is not expected to have big problem at the game unless Kasimpasa somehow manages to provide their best football of this season so far, tomorrow. Besiktas has shown great performance at the Turkish Cup midweek with its 2nd-hand team and this result would surely keep players at high mood and their would be able to come out with full confidence to the game. With Basaksehirspor playing early agaisnt Trabzonspor there is chance for Besiktas also also to get leadership prior to last week until midseason break.
As long as Besiktas, will play its best and usual game it should be able to get an important 3 points before last week of the midseason break and carry on its aim for league leadership.
Basaksehirspor does seem to be more organised and compact team compare to Trabzonspor.
Basaksehirspor will come out to the very important game against Trabzonspor tomorrow as it would become one of their main tests for them for the fight for league leadership and also possibility of obtaining title at the end of the season.
Basaksehirspor it needs to be reminded has failed to win previous two games and has lost 4 points with its fight for title race even through it is still league leader with same points with Besiktas and 3 points ahead of Galatasaray. Trabzonspor on other hand has now aim to carry on its winning results as it has won last two games against Kayserispor and Adanaspor and now would aim to get win from much tougher opponent. This result is also very important for Trabzonspor as result would show into clear situation which team at and if it did actually improve its performance. Hence, it is expected to be very interesting game between two sides. The result of the game in overall would provide good image of rest games of the season for both sides.
Stating that it needs to be stated that Basaksehirspor does come out as favourite with its more organised and compact football compare to Trabzonspor.
