Galatasaray has got win from 1st half performance.
Galatasaray starts 2020/21 Super League season with confident performance against Gaziantep getting win with strong attacking gam with scoring all of the 3 goals during 1st half.
With poor performance Galatasaray has shown during previous season which been mainly due how it has started and ended season, it was important for them to provide pretty confident performance in opening game with also getting confident outcome would been certainly good bonus. Starting league against quality side but which tend to be struggling mainly against big 4 teams did provide them advantage. Even through it would be unfair to state that Gaziantep provided poor game, Galatasaray did control game as it started even through without doubt early penalty goal from Falcao did provide calmness. Meanwhile, it was important for Falcao to find 2 goals in opening week which would provide more confidence for this season both for himself and supporters. Goal from Emre Kilinc which did come from good high level organised goal showed that he would be useful to side. Fenerbahce started with win despite of lack of high level performance.
Fenerbahce has started its new season with win against Rizespor with 2:1 scoreline even through it didnt provide very strong performance as it didnt also come out with strongest squad on starting 11.
Without doubt, it was important to start league with win especially for team which does set aim for title race and it needs to be noted that some of the positive aspects from Fenerbahce has been observed from side especially staying focus to the game. However, it was observed that side, in similar manner as Rizespor, has failed to provide high tempo which could be related however due of it being only 1st week of the season as opening week tend to be difficult one for all of the clubs. There is belief right now the reason is connected for transfer negotiations which he has with RB Leipzig even through this is not confirmed even through it is known and reported that side is showing strong interest.
