Trabzonspor gets its 1st win after beating Yeni Malatyaspor
Trabzonspor has won Yeni Malatyaspor during Super League 3rd week game with 3:1 scoreline with pretty comfortable performane and getting very important motivation and confidence in the end of the day.
It was important for Trabzonspor which did start season without any win during first 2 weeks of the season so it needed to get win in the end of the day even by showing not very good game. In fact, it should be noted that when coming to the tempo of the game for most amount of the game didnt provide speed which would been expected from them for most amount of the game but it needs to be noted that when Benik Afobe 1st goal did come from his header into empty goal did let Trabzonspor to provide much more organised performance with looking for chances. With 2 goals which doid come out from Benik Afobe without doubt would also provide confidence for upcoming games as he been purchased to provide some effective attacking to the side. Trabzonspor did win its first game during this season which it needed to get after 2 games and this game could be turning point without doubt with getting motivation and confidence for upcoming games.
Galatasaray are favourites for game but things can turn out differently.
Turkish Super League is going to be continued with derby of two continents between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce as both sides would be playing against each other relatively early but already Galatasaray does provide view of the strong favourite.
With taking account how both sides has started season both in sense of the results and performance wise, Galatasaray does look to be much more compact team with providing great collective game with winning all of the games both at Super League and Europa League qualifiers. With taking account that Galatasaray did get win against Hajduk Split and in occassion did play with pretty rotational side should not be providing much issue for the team in this game. However, as it is known it is very hard to call favourites in derby games and since win for Fenerbahce would provide same points with one of its title contenders would provide extra motivation among aiming to turn around not very successful start of the season. In addition that game would be played without supporters would provide some issues to both sides, but since Galatasaray is side which plays at home it would lose its significant advantage which is present always at derbies.
Therefore, Galatasaray does look like as strong favourites for game but Fenerbahce could provide good and strong response to the game for sure.
Konyaspor could provide Besiktas to start providing better performance.
With pretty poor start of the season so far for Besiktas both at Super League and Europa League with only winning out-of-form Trabzonspor, side would be expected to turnaround its performance so far with win against Konyaspor.
Return of Sergen Yalcin after being recovered from Covid19 would also provide an opportunity to provide direct decisions with how game would be developed as long as he would be able with such poor performance. Meanwhile, it is expected for Vincent Aboubakar who has signed 1+1 year contract with Besiktas to be starting 11 or at least substitution, which could solve some attacking issues which side has currently on this game and rest of the season. It is important in this game for Besiktas to provide high level of concentration and hence open new page for rest of the season. Meanwhile, Konyaspor did have not very good start of the season with getting 1 point and even through side would also use this game as opportunity to get at least point, to some extend this opponent is good option to get crucial win which it needs for its condifidence.
Besiktas are coming out as favourites but it does need to provide improvement within side especially in attack if it wants to win this crucial game.
