Trabzonspor didnt have much problem with Bugsasspor
Trabzonspor has managed to win Turkish Cup 4th round game against Bugsaspor with 2:0 scoreline without having much issues as it was playing game with players which didnt recieve much playing time in this season and also with young players.
Taking account that high amount of clubs from Super League tends to get surprising result from 2nd and 3rd league clubs during this 4th round, it was important to Trabzonspor to show calm and confident performance with squad which didnt recieve lots of playing time. Even through opponent wasnt difficult and 2nd goal did come from an own goal and Trabzonspor didnt show too much attacking game against Bugsasspor, it was still visible that players at the team has been provided full focus to the game which hence has affected to the outcome and motivation of the game. With Trabzonspor having unstable season in Super League, it was important to keep its winning mood from this game and it should be able to provide positive effect into this weekend game. Fenerbahce carries on careful search for head coach role.
Without surprise the main focus at the Turkish sports media has been given towards Fenerbahce on this days, who are preparing to the derby game against Galatasaray without having head coach and looking for alternative names.
With many names going around sports media on this days, which includes domestic and foreign names, their are strong rumour that Fenerbahce sports director Damien Comolli did have one-on-one talks with Laurent Blanc to take this role, as Comolli sees him as best option for such a role. It is reported that Laurent Blanc has informed club's administration that he would need time to think about such an offer and for now it is hard to know for sure, but Comolli really wants to see him as such position. In other front, it is known for long time that Fenerbahce supporters are calling for Ersun Yanal who has brought last league title to the team 2 months prior at the end of the season and team does consider such an option but didnt yet have talks with him. Fenerbahce are reported to take this issue slowly and aim to take best decision as its main aim to build team which would be able to save this season and also build for next season and hence focusses into appointing best name available.
