What happened in Turkish football today? 02/05/2020

TFF releases brochure to get into normality.

TFF has presented its plan for getting football into normality following Covid 19 virus with providing 3 steps how it would move from home-isolation to group training up to games to be restarting with focussing into health section of this period.

TFF meanwhile has provided very important note stating that it only provides this suggestion if everything would be going on the plan and this normality could be delayed if virus would be keeping spreading and even raise its activity. This key word therefore to some extend also states that planned restart of the season could not be taken place on 12th June since condition with virus is being unclear for now despite of going into decline. As been noted, main focus in the brochure has been focussed into health situation focussing how it could prevented for virus to appear and be spreading at faciliites and also what measures could be taken when positive outcome would come out.

This brochure is being very important piece of document and expects to be great reference point for all clubs in this period of getting into normality when it happens.

Trabzonspor would be resuming training session on June.

Trabzonspor is planning to restart training session on 4th May with group of 4-5 players and would be aiming to get ready to possible restart of the season on 12th May.

Quite naturally, since all clubs need time to be restarting getting once again ready for restart of the season, it would be quite natural for leaders of the league who have high aims for last 8 weeks of the game to show high seriousness for those period and hence would be aiming to be ready for this restart in maximum level it possible can be. Of course it is highly expected it would be following needed precautions against virus during this period.

Trabzonspor has joined club who would be starting with group of 4-5 with an aim to maximise readiness of players for June.

Restart date is still being unclear for now.

Question if league should be resumed still however is being into talking actively as it is clear that development of amount of the new cases in upcoming days would lead for final decision to be made.

Across Europe we are seeing for different clubs to be showing some plans how leagues would be resumed with ones which decided to put last word has ended leagues namely France and Holland while others are being pretty optimistic for rest of the season including Turkey. However one which are aiming to continue league are having difficulty setting exact date for restart as cases numbers does show some positive behaviour but since there is no quarantine and possibility for making mistake could start 2nd wave federations are not being sure. Situation in Turkey for sure is being pretty uncertain and this could have push restart on June quite optimistic, with July being more realistic.

Therefore, time would show as once again final decision would be made by scientific committee via Covid 19.
