Fenerbahce has got best score among worst options against Benfica during 1st leg.
Fenerbahce has ended Champions League 3rd qualifying round 1st leg game against Benfica with losing game with 1:0 scoreline and has kept chances to qualify to Champions League play-off round despite of losing game due of strong support it would get at home ground.
Fenerbahce did lose against Benfica during 1st leg but it needs to be stated foremost that team did show some important improvements compare to last season with mainly coming into the eye of playing much more organised game. It was expected that Fenerbahce would have very difficult game at Stadio De Luz which has become clear from start of the game. The role of the defence players Roman Neustadner and Martin Skrtel has shown great performance among goalkeeper Volkan Demirel which has played an important role for the score not to end into much more tragic scoreline. Only downside is that Fenerbahce did concede a very simple goal which has happened due of losing concentration. Meanwhile, Fenerbahce did show some good attacking game with controlling game and Alper Potuk did try to control ball and go forward. Fenerbahce would be playing at 2nd leg next week at total different atmosphere and would be expected to control game even more.
Benfica meanwhile didnt provide despite of win too much attacking game which was expected even through its been at forward for most part of the 2nd half and has made Fenerbahce players feel very tired at the end of the game. Galatasaray player Bafetembi Gomis who has been seen as hero during last season performance due of lots of talks about raise of salary and also lost of concentration and motivation has for now turned as villain at the club.
This factors without doubt has affected very negatively to his performance during Super Cup game against Akhisarspor at which he was very far from last season style of play and didnt show any signs of getting high control of the game. Adding also factor of not scoring crucial last penalty kick which led for Akhisarspor to get at the end has raised criticism even further. It is true that Gomis mind, among other players such as Belhanda and Feghouli, wasnt entirely at the game and does provide some worrying image. Right now there are some rumours going around that Galatasaray would even consider to sell play until end of summer transfer window which would end 31st August. It is important for Gomis to show his worth at the team at openning week game at Super League against Ankaragucu for sure now.

Antalyaspor and Bursaspor are interested to transfer Mossoro
Both Antalyaspor and Bursaspor are currently rumoured at having strong interest with transfer of
Basaksehirspor player Mauricio Mossoro which Istanbul side is considering to sell until end of the transfer window.
Even through it could be understood why Basaksehirspor wants to sell Mossoro, it needs to be stated that he is quality player and has strength to move forward both sides which are interested to him as he has shown with pretty quality performance during last season with Basaksehirspor and has played an important role at keeping side having chances for league title until last week of the season. Mossoro among his skills is also capable at creating high number of dangerous chances among converting them and hence would be able to move forward number of the players as games develop which are among areas which both Bursaspor and Antalyaspor has been lacking during last season and would be able to make them even more competitive side next season.
Time would show which team would be able to transfer Mossoro but as been stated a player like him would be able to raise level of team if it wants to get good results in this league.
