Besiktas would need to stay focussed and provide good performance against Partizan.
Besiktas would be meeting with Partizan during Europa League play-off round 1st leg game as it would be last barrier for them at getting to the competition group stage but it needs to be stated that it wont be an easy task.
It is true that when it comes to the quality of the squad, Besiktas has much better team with number of high quality players but it needs to be stated that performance wise Besiktas is not showing great games even through at paper their are achieving what their want. Partizan is a team with a character and hence would give their best performance in both legs game and that taking account that it wont have best players. Besiktas would be able to get through their opponents if their show best performance but with looking how their played during last games including 2nd leg game against LASK Linz in 3rd qualifying round, it is not very good hope. Hence, Besiktas needs to be stay focussed during game and aim for best performance if their dont want to get bad result during such a crucial game for the club.
1st leg game in Belgrade would be played without any fans and taking account that Partizan has strong fans this should be good advantage for a side without doubt.
Michael Frey is coming to Istanbul to talk with Fenerbahce.
It became clear that Zurich player Michael Frey has managed to make transfer deal with Fenerbahce and would be arriving to Istanbul for one-on-one transfer negotiations with a side on 23rd August.
The story has begun last week when Fenerbahce has started transfer negotiations with Zurich but later Swiss side has announced that due of slow respond given from Fenerbahce it has concluded transfer talks. This stance certainly has made Michael Frey unhappy and let him to provide protesting reaction towards his own side. It would been expected that both Fenerbahce and Michael Frey has continued transfer talks and right now its on the stage of signing papers with taking account that he is arriving to Istanbul but again it just could be talks and continue negotiations in more closer conditions and nothing to do for both sides making actual agreement. The actual interesting aspects of this transfer deal certainly would become clear tomorrow.
Now all eyes during 23rd August would be given to the transfer talks between Fenerbahce and Michael Frey how their would be concluded with defender.
PSV Eindhoven are close to transfer Bursaspor player Aziz Behich.
There are rumours going around that PSV Eindhoven has made transfer deal with Bursaspor player Aziz Behich even through all bodies are declining this rumour.
In fact, according to Dutch media PSV Eindhoven did recieve 4 million euro set price but has declined it as it has found this value as too high. It does look like Dutch side has an interest with Aziz Behich but is currently aiming to make transfer deal into lesser amount than offered from Bursaspor and currently transfer talks. With taking account that Bursaspor are determined to sell player at least for 4 million euro it would not be huge surprise if deal would be made around that price and would only go to reduction for small amount. Again it would be interesting specifically what kind of the stance would be PSV Eindhoven as with recent it has lost many players and does need player in calibre of Aziz Behich who also would not cost too much cash for them.
It could be stated that the deal are close to be made if following transfer rumours but it is not done deal and many things can happen during negotiations between both sides.
