What happened in Turkish football today? 03.09.2016
Fenerbahce would try to get result without classical 10 shirt.
As it is known during summer transfer window Fenerbahce main aim was to transfer classic 10 players at the field however it didnt manage to achieve that despite of the intense negotiations both with the Hakim Ziyech and Youness Belhanda.
Without succeeding at transferring one of the main players who would play an important role at the starting 11 the team still believes that it can achieve a great success at this season and still fight for league title and have successful season at the Europa League. To achieve that it doesnt however to work as team and raise importance of players at the midfielders such as Alper Potuk and Semih Ucan who needs to go forward during the game. This is achievable but difficult case however it was achieved previously by some teams including Fenerbahce and it is mainly important to create play at the midfielders where their would go both back and forth.
It would be hard season for Fenerbahce but it has forward thinking head coach and nice squad so it is achievable aim.
FFP has helped big 4 teams to save cash.
It does look that the main role of this season, especially with Besiktas and Fenerbahce would be played by ex-players such as Atinc Nukan in Besiktas and Moussa Sow at the Fenerbahce who have main returned to the regulations of the FFP.
Financial Fair-Play which has been set by UEFA did bring lots of issues to the teams which led them to focus at the minumum transfers with minumum amount of cash which was main reason for such high numbers of the loan contracts around Turkish clubs. The clubs even have made so impressive amount of transfers did in fact spend less cash mainly due of the fact of those loans. Players which were loaned include such as Anderson Talisca, Moussa Sow, Nigel de Jong among others and in fact most of the clubs are going with strong squad after transfer window. So it did have very good transfer window in whole Turkey taking account with circumstances which clubs were at.
This FFP situation has allowed to save cash and make great transfers and so the teams has become stronger and saved cash for future transfer windows.
Turkish National Team game against Croatia would help to identify all negative aspects
Turkish National Team will start World Cup 2016 qualifier would be played against Croatia being strongest opponent at the whole Group I and also the team which has been met with Turkish National Team for very long time and is being the biggest opponent for them since Euro 2008.
The game would be very intense and will be played without fans due of the ban which has been recieved by Croatian National Team due of behaviour of the fans at the Euro2016 game against Czech Republic. As been stated, before hand Turkish National Team meanwhile didnt look very promising at the game against Russian National Team at the friendly and didnt create lots of the chances during the game. So it does need to create lots of chances but of course with the different weather conditions, as it was humid and hot at the Antalya, Turkey might provide more active but it could be very tough game as Croatia does look to be more at the form.
Turkey is going through new beginning due of poor performance at the Euro2016 and game against Croatia should be able to remind once again biggest issues which team has currently.
