Both Goztepe and Fenerbahce did provide high tempo performance
Turkish Super League 13th week game between Goztepe and Fenerbahce has been played at very high pressure between sides as both teams wanted to win game which led for very high tension with high amount of the chances.
Fenerbahce it needs to be mentioned did start game at high tempo with creating high amount of the chances but it did recieve with same level of performance from its opponents which led for Goztepe to get ahead twice during the game. It also needs to be added that both sides did have some issues at the midfield, when especially Fenerbahce didnt have much issues to get ahead in the field with creating good chances mainly with absences of Vedat Muriqi and other attackers due of injury. Meanwhile, it is here important to discuss about repeated penalty since even through according to rules penalty needed to be repeated, it should be focussed that it has followed with goal from Fenerbahce which it needs to be mentioned that its been different position overall which does raise technicality of VAR which could go through this position as unrelated to penalty. Trabzonspor despite of not getting very good performance at Europa League including during mid-week against Getafe, it still comes out as favourite during most crucial game of this week against Galatasaray.
As been noted several times, during this season Trabzonspor does provide two different results and performances regarding domestically and European football, and hence it would be expected that Trabzonspor would be highly focussed for this week game with its attackers providing much more attacking game. Galatasaray will need fighting spirit against Trabzonspor
Even through Galatasaray didnt manage to beat Club Brugge, performance which team did show did raise some motivation and confidence as Fatih Terim is reported to believe that game would be enough.
However, it needs to be remembered that despite of now showing in regular base, Trabzonspor does have some good performance when its shows strong performance which it would be expected to do in game tomorrow. One of the main issues with Galatasaray during this season, is that players are not showing high level concentration and fighting spirit so therefore among aiming to Trabzonspor to show high level performance it also needs to get over with its own issues and provide full focus. It needs to be mentioned that Trabzonspor is being one of the main opponents for Galatasaray historically and this could provide that motivation which it needs as team. With also not winning its opponents for 5 years could provide some pressure to team but it needs to find this anti-record to get good result.
What would be crucial for Galatasaray to focus into game and provide fighting spirit as when it does it does show good result for sure.
