Besiktas should reduce stress of Mario Gomez which he had in Paris.
One of the main people who has been affected by terrorist attacks in the Paris was undoubtedly Besiktas player Mario Gomez, who was present at the friendly game between France and Germany. It is reported that following terror attack club administrators could not reach him as due of distress Gomez has closed his phone.
It was known that Mario Gomez was reluctant to come to Istanbul in summer after the terrorist attack at the Suruc. Therefore, currently best player in Besiktas is clworried, as most people are, about his own security and therefore condition in Turkey during that time. It is known that Besiktas has tried its best to comfort him and insisted that Istanbul is very safe city to stay at back in summer.
Therefore, it should not be surprising that Mario Gomez has such a psychological reaction after events which took place in Paris, which surely made everyone shocked who was at city. Now its time for Besiktas, as the club, to treat him psychologically as the aftermath of shock could affect his performance at upcoming games.
Calling of two young first-timers to national team is great chance for them to show themselves to Fatih Terim
Turkish national team head coach Fatih Terim after friendly game against Qatar has stated that he might call new names to the national team to check their skills. Prior to game against Greece, he has called Schalke04 player Kaan Ayhan and also Altinordu player Caglar Soyuncu.
Both players, apart of youth national team, does not have experience at senior team. As the chance of them to be at Euro2016 squad are low, it is perfect chance for them to prove their can play at that level in 2-3 years time as age allows them to do so. Fatih Terim as said yesterday is looking for strong substitute and reserve team for Euro2016. And those names are important to make their mark.
As similar manner as game agaisnt Qatar, Greece is more performance centred rather than scoreline as players try their best to prove Fatih Terim that their deserve place at national team.
Haciosmanoglu is only one who can solve club issues.
Trabzonspor CEO Ibrahim Haciosmanoglu has been criticised pretty heavily at our blog and generally in Turkish media by his words in last few years regarding of issues which club been dealt with. However, it is important to note that he is being pretty popular by the Trabzonspor fans and is very likely to become CEO once again in upcoming elections.
The club is also going through the election where it is pretty uncertain if other candidates are strong enough to get into spot where club is going through tough times and have so many issues such as match-fixing scandal, referee issues and now head coach search. For the club to solve those issues in good manner new CEO should be experiences and able to make tough decisions.
It is certain that club upto to elections in December would be going through interesting times and candidates need to prove that their can solve those issues at the club and Haciosmanoglu is one step ahead of others due of experience.
