Fenerbahce aim to provide pressure to all their opponents above them with a win against Kasimpasa.
Title race at the Super League would be resumed at Super League with 31st week game between Kasimpasa and Fenerbahce, as team has rare opportunity due of schedule to 1st time provide pressure to all of its opponents as their opponents above them would be playing on 29th April.
Fenerbahce prior to game are reported to be in good mood and high concentration for game against Kasimpasa with recieving good news from TFF regarding of Turkish Cup semi-final 2nd leg game which was that game would be resumed on 3rd May as long as Besiktas does come out to the game. Taking also in account that their main opponents would be playing against each other, namely Galatasaray and Besiktas, it has opportunity to get one step closer for league title as 3 weeks would be left until end of the season. Fenerbahce in addition would come out to game as strong favourites as their showed very good performance in last 4 games winning all of the games and sending to everyone message that their would stay at least at title race until final whistle of the season. Kasimpasa in other hand has achieved to stay at the league for certain and it would be game for formality which certainly would affect their motivation for the game on 28th April.
Hence, Fenerbahce as been stated would be coming out as strong favourites on the day and would aim to provide pressure to all of them opponents which are located above them with a win against Kasimpasa.
Trabzonspor needs to improve its performance to get confident win against struggling Antalyaspor.
Trabzonspor which carries on suffering from high number of injuries in last weeks would also be coming with incomplete squad during Super League 31st week game against Antalyaspor at the game where both sides would need a win.
With Trabzonspor aiming to secure their 5th spot at the table which could mean that their would qualify to Europa League qualifiers as long as Akhisarspor doesnt win Turkish Cup while Antalyaspor would be coming to the game giving fight to stay at the league as their are only having 3 point advantage from drop zone. At quality wise , Trabzonspor does come out as favourite but last 2 games has shown that its not at best form right now and would have difficult game. Besiktas refuses to play Turkish Cup semi-final 2nd leg game against Fenerbahce.
Without doubt initial aim, among coming to the final decision about fate of the Turkish Cup semi-final 2nd leg game to continue last 33 minutes between Fenerbahce and Besiktas on 3rd May, but quite opposite it has created more critical situation.
Besiktas has refused to play on 3rd May from making an official agreement with their administrators and making that statement even more official with statement today also. It needs to be reminded here that the punishment of Besiktas not attending game from TFF would come into effect if it wont be at the field during game kickoff, at 20:30, would get into effect. Therefore, technically Besiktas has an opportunity to change its mind even at daytime on 3rd May and hence it cant be said that for 100% game will not be played. But with reaction and feeling at club it cant be stated that probability is at least 95%. Another note, that Fenerbahce must be at the field waiting for Besiktas in whatever circumstances. For instance, if bus from Umraniye, facility of Besiktas, didnt leave at even 20:00, Fenerbahce still needs to be present at the stadium, otherwise it would also recieve punishment. Punishment meanwhile would be cancelling all results from this season Turkish Cup, ban from competition next season and also monetary fine. Besiktas as been shown is willing to take this circumstances on the night.
Of course, all of those events are going into favour for Fenerbahce. Even if morally Besiktas might get symphathy from public officially Fenerbahce will manage to get to Turkish Cup final.
