What happened in Turkish football today? 11/10/2018

Cengiz Under professionalism should be an example for all Turkish players.

Roma player Cengiz Under has carried on being great ambassador and also role model for Turkey as he has provided winning assist to his teammate Kostas Manolas which has brought Italian side to semi-final stage of Champions League with beating Barcelona.

Cengiz Under who had experienced injury before game didnt start at starting 11 and has only been introduced to the game at 72nd minute but as soon as he was introduced he went right into game with controlling and creating ball moving team which was looking for winning goal during this tie. This all is taking place into hard working which Cengiz Under has been given and carries on giving into training session, self confidence and concentration, one of the factors which are missing among Turkish players. Even self-confidence as this confidence has been dominated mainly with ego rather than focussing into playing good football by other players, with Arda Turan being good example.
Without doubt has academy Altinordu, which does have chance to get to the Super League meanwhile next season, has played an important role for this development. Under is great example that star players who fulfill all needs professional footballer needs could be developed in Turkey and his actions should be example to almost every player in Turkey.

Cengiz Under has all potential to reach into even higher level and seek for great glories both in club and personal level as long as he continues to focus and develop. Both factors which he arleady does.

Trabzonspor would not pay high salaries and look for players with high transfer fee anymore.

Trabzonspor newly-elected CEO Ahmet Agaoglu prior to election and following an election has stated that club is at economical crises and its crucial to focus right now to develop youth players and forget about huge transfer fee and salaries.

Ahmet Agaoglu has incredible difficult job to reduce money which is going out from club as gain is much less than budget and to raise flow to cash and reduce cash going out one of the way is to see inside football team. Therefore, during summer transfer window among not also signing expensive players he would also either go into revision of salaries with some players hoping that their would agree for reduction or ask them to look for new clubs. Therefore, we would see some new names not only representing future of the club but whole Turkish club and this move can move team forward. Ahmet Agaoglu does state that while doing this reduction of money going out at the team he would keep at the competitive mode as much as possible but this is difficult taking account into quality of players which top teams but if things would be looking in long run, Trabzonspor could be main gainer.

Ahmet Agaoglu does have very difficult task and time would show if he would be able to achieve this task to keep team both economically and performance wise at the top level.

Galatasaray away game performance could cost them league title.

Galatasaray carries on poor performance at away game as it has been lost against Genclerbirligi from last minute from Alper Uludag and has carried on its away game phobia which could them league title at the end of the season.

We are seeing two very different teams competing both at home and away games, as Galatasaray has won 93% home games during this season but only won 2 games at away which are Kayserispor and relegated Karabukspor. This shows also that Fatih Terim introduction to the team didnt solve and statistically wise he is showing same performance as Igor Tudor. Compare to Tudor, Fatih Terim has trust and also support from club and fans which makes his things easier but even with taking into side he doesnt seem to be able to solve an issue which club is right now. He still has to play 3 away games and result of those games even turned to be more crucial than home games against Basaksehirspor and  Besiktas for this title race as what makes some people worried is not how he performs at home but how at away games.

Regardless how much Galatasaray show full support to their side it is clear that their are worried for upcoming games with some nerve-cracking last 6 weeks coming up to the team.
