Senol Gunes main task is to raise motivation in upcoming weeks.
Besiktas head coach Senol Gunes has run press conference today discussing about latest developments and future plans for the club. He underlines that following month, which includes 4 Super League games and 2 Europa League games are very important for the club.
Currently Besiktas is being a leader and despite of poor defence, has best attack containing of players who are hungry for goals in every game. Undoubetdly if club will continue and even improve some aspects of its game in upcoming weeks than it might continue and prove it right to be in leadership at the Super League.
However, behind are two other giants such as Fenerbahce and Galatasaray which are slowly improving their game play as league progresses. Senol Gunes does admit that team which was left by Slaven Bilic is in great condition physically but not mentally. He needs to raise confidence of the team and then it truly will come unstobable. For now, time will show if Besiktas will continue its success.

Vitor Pereira new formation might bring success to team game of Fenerbahce
There are rumours that Fenerbahce head coach Vitor Pereira would finally get rid of one attacker system and will put both Fernandao and Robin van Persie in his starting 11 against Kayserispor.
This decision should solve some issues, one of them is lack of goals and secondly this "who will start" competition between both players which is mainly affects psychology of the van Persie.
