Fenerbahce got an advantage scoreline but not so great performance.
Fenerbahce has started its new season campaign among Champions League journey and Jose Mourinho 1st official game with a win against Swiss side Lugano as it has won with 4:3 scoreline but it is clear team needs to imporve.
It would need to be reminded that even through this blog tend to criticise this look of excuses, it needs to be mentioned that Mourinho side did have some valuable ones such as not being entirely ready for game due of low number of training sessions with ideal squad and also playing at synthetitic field. Also conceding an early goal and having an issue to respond to it has provided some issues to side during 1st half which has led side to get issues until it has found goal from penalty kick and afterwards Fenerbahce did have dominant game for first minutes of 2nd half. It is clear Fenerbahce does need to improve defensive game for upcoming games in season but it did get score which it seeks for.
Fenerbahce did get crucial win at away leg but it does need to improve its performance both for 2nd leg but more crucially for upcoming games.
Trabzonspor are clear favourites against Ruzemborog.
Trabzonspor would be starting its 2024-25 season with Europa League 2nd qualifying round 1st leg game against Slovakian side Ruzemborog at the game which is being clear favourites.
It needs to be stated as would be expected that 2nd qualifying rounds games for Turkish side did get teams which would not provide many issues towards them at the game and hence Trabzonspor would be coming as strong favourites and only issue that it would be serious towards game and show confident strong performance. If it manages that, it wouldnt be expected to have much issues both during this game and at the tie generally.
Trabzonspor hence would need to be highly focussed at the game and focus at getting advantage scoreline against its opponent in 1st leg.
Basaksehirspor should beat La Fiorita with an ease
Basaksehirspor on their part would be starting its new season campaign against San Marino opponent La Fiorita as would be expected for side to get full control of the game from start to an end.
To all respect to San Mario side, it would needed to say that Basaksehirspor will not be having any issues against such opponent and would be focussing to show strong attacking game seeking for some high number of goals and get morale after 1st game of the season. As always, Basaksehirspor still needs to show respect and focus to opponent as even through this is more would be crucial to get confident win rather than win at all.
Basaksehirspor hence are favorites and not expected to have any issues against La Fiorita.
