Galatasaray got tough win against Antalyaspor.
Galatasaray has got an important win against Antalyaspor at the game which has become even much more tougher than expected but it needs to be admitted that Istanbul giant has provided good performance during 2nd half and got deserved win.
It needs to be mentioned that compare to most of the previous game Galatasaray didnt have dominant start of the game with providing pretty low tempo performance and low attacks as Antalyaspor to some extend has been side which did create some more dangerous positions. However, Galatasaray did come out to the 2nd half in much more attacking psychology and an early goal in the start of the half from Mauro Icardi has got them into leadership. As Antalyaspor didnt break much after that conceded goal and started providing also attacking game it has equalised by Luis Adriano after 7 minutes but Galatasaray has got lucky goal from an own goal from Floranus who tried to kick out ball to out in position where he wasnt under pressure but ball went to goal instead. Afterwards, Galatasaray has shown much more better reaction compare when it has 1st goal being more careful in defence and also controlling game which led them to get an important win in its route for title.
Despite of the loss, Antalyaspor did come as underdogs by many people due of poor performance in recent weeks but side did show much more stronger performance than expected especially during 1st half and this performance would provide confidence for upcoming game.
Galatasaray hence has got 9 wins back-to-back as it managed to end game as it needed with such win and continues to have strong run at the league and hence being side to beat.
Besiktas would aim to bounce back following Turkish Cup relegation.
Besiktas would be aiming to keep its chances for top of the spot at the league against Kayserispor as it could be turn pretty tough game for them as Besiktas continues have an issue to show top performance for 90 minutes.
With also getting relegated at the Turkish Cup from Ankaragucu, Besiktas would be seeing this game as an opportunity to get confidence back for rest of the season as Super League is being only aim for rest of the season and lets be honest its beeing tough one as there is 10 point difference with game in hand. Hence, Besiktas would be coming out to the game with an aim to win game as also newly-signed player Vincent Aboubakar has been also included at the squad hence solving a forward issue after Wout Weghorst but as he has joined team only recently its still not sure if he would be recieving some playing time. Kayserispor are showing imbalanced performance but if it players correctly it would have chance to get surprising win.
Besiktas hence would need to get winning streak and also showing top performance for 90 minutes at the league and hence it would be seeing Kayserispor as new turning point after Turkish Cup relegation.
Trabzonspor would need to give focus against Istanbulspor as it has issues at away games
Trabzonspor will be seeking a win without doubt against one of the struggling sides at the league Istanbulspor as it would see this game as good opportunity to end its poor results which it gets on away games.
It needs to be mentioned however that even through Istanbulspor is still showing out-of-form, it does some improvement in recent games with getting goals and looking much more confident performance compare to some weeks ago. Hence, Trabzonspor needs to be aware of this as it would need to take this win seriously which it needs to take at any way as loss could literally its being out of title race. Trabzonspor hence would likely aim to provide confident high tempo game and get good scoreline which would also provide them confidence boost for rest of the season. Only negative issue for Trabzonspor is that side has played 120 minutes at Turkish Cup which could make some players tired who played at that club.
Therefore, Trabzonspor are coming out as clear favourites against Istanbulspor but it needs to give full attention for not having unwanted result in the end of the day.
