Galatasaray would be coming out against Hatayspor at high confidence.
Galatasaray will be coming out to the Super League 19th week game against Hatayspor at high confidence and motivation which it got from winning 7 games back-to-back and also beating its arch rivals Fenerbahce with 3:0 scoreline.
Even through there could be some arguments that Galatasaray are still not playing its best game in recent games, excluding Fenerbahce game, it would be coming out as favourites against Hatayspor when looking that opponent are having difficult season and even through does show in some games good performance, it didnt manage to do so in regular basis. Galatasaray meanwhile did sort out its issue of not providing top level game against Fenerbahce which been due of tactical rightfully game and also providing much more evenly spread tempo game. In addition, there is expectatition for Mauro Icardi to be at starting 11, first game since World Cup 2022 and this would provide needed push in attack. Hatayspor would need to give an extra effort if it wants to get at least point from game.
Galatasaray as been noted would be coming out as strong favourites to the game due of level of quality and also high confidence from recent results.
Wout Weghorst has left Besiktas.
Besiktas-loaned player Wout Weghorst as has been expected has terminated contract with club and has travelled to Manchester to sign contract with Manchester United.
Besiktas did attempt to continue its loan deal until end of the season, but reaction of Wout Weghorst as he was detirmining to go to Premier League giants and also agreement with Burnley has prevented to do so. In all fairness to Besiktas, such eagerness from Weghorst is highly understandable as he would be joining one of the top clubs in the world and he couldnt lose such opportunity. Right now, Besiktas would need to be looking for alternativity as one of the likely possibilities looks to be Vincent Aboubakar.
Besiktas did attempt to keep Weghorst but it was clear that he would be leaving as soon as news has come out.
Adanaspor has loaned Trabzonspor player Arda Akbulut for 1.5 years
Adanaspor has loaned Trabzonspor player Arda Akbalut for 1.5 years as defending title winners 2nd goalkeeper would be getting opportunity to get some playing time and develop at 2nd league side.
It was clear that Akbulut will not be getting much playing time during rest of the season and to some extend technical staff was reported wasnt very satisfied with his performance. So this move, has been good news for both side as player would get an opportunity to get some playing time with side who has some higher at league below and hence develop as player and possible would come back to Trabzonspor at stronger and experienced player.
This hence is being good opportunity for Arda Akbulut which he would need to use for sure.
