Turkey didnt provide effective game against Guinea
Turkey had drawn its pre-Euro2020 friendly game against modest side Guinea with goalless draw without providing too much effective game apart of end of the game with some players failing to prove themselves to head coach Senol Gunes.
It needs to be noted that this friendly game has been last game before Senol Gunes does reduce squad from 30 to 26 with some youngsters getting opportunity to prove themselves but their failed as it provided low tempo game and to some extend did lead for Guinea to be side to get full control of the game creating high number of the chances with players looked to be out of focus. With game leading to Guinea get more effective at front has provided better idea about them then it did for Turkey. It is true that this being friendly game so it doesnt necesarrily represent how it would be performing at Euro 2020 but this performance without doubt does provide view that there is issue with alternative starting 11 which would make Gunes to be worried with 10 days left as he stated himself.
With 26-squad been announced Turkey would be travelling to Germany for training session where it would be expecting to provide some idea for starting 11 in Moldova friendly on 3rd June.
Emre Belozoglu will not be coach for Fenerbahce for next season
Fenerbahce CEO Ali Koc has announced that there is no concideration to keep Emre Belozoglu for head coach position for next season as it being too early for him with only ending career on previous season.
When Emre Belozoglu been appointed to position there has been some questions if he would be ready for such role and even through he did provide some good performance during that period he did lose to get title after losing to Sivasspor which did provide him not being ready for such crucial position in such big club. Koc in fact states that this decision been done together as Emre Belozoglu doesnt consider to be put into such position due of high level pressure which he could be experiencing as he would likely to be continuing working as sports director position which he did do pretty well without doubt. R ight now club would be very likely focussing into foreign head coach which seems to be main focus by club without doubt and time would show to what agreement if any there would be made according to this.
Therefore, right now main focus would be towards getting new coach with Ali Koc likely starting to do some works according to that.
Hatayspor signs Osman Sahin for 5-years
Hatayspor has signed Ofspor player Osman Sahin for 5-years with providing full trust to player who is being pretty young age with both focussing to make competitive and develop player
Hatayspor with having very good season in its debut finishing at 6th place and being close to clinch last Conference League spot does have some big aims not only for next season but for upcoming seasons and it does show that by investing into younger Osman Sahin as during 5-years he would likely become Super League level style player and also provide big assistance to side to achieve its aims without doubt. This transfer would be also be good news for Sahin as he would be playing for side which would focus into his development and is being with high aims which it does focus to achieve in organised manner.
