Bursaspor has shown character against Trabzonspor.
Bursaspor has managed to stay at the Super League for next season after showing great comeback against Trabzonspor with 2:1 scoreline with losing game during last 40 minutes of the game and has shown certain character towards end of the game.
With very poor performance prior to the last week games and having only 2 point advantage over Rizespor, there was some negative expectations from Bursaspor during last week with many people, including this blog, stating that Bursaspor is very likely to be one who would be relegated. However, Bursaspor has shown a great character and even when conceding game first before and especially after that has shown very good attacking football looking and finding chances which brought such an important win. Bursaspor ex-coach Adnan Ornek after last week when stating his resignation said that team needs urgent shock effect for them to win this game, and their did recieve either internally or from Hugo Rodallega goal which led team to go even more forward as game progressed. Stating that and as been mentioned at blog yesterday, it needs to have lots of revisions at the transfers and also current squad to motivate players and once again make team to play at top half of the table as in old days.
Bursaspor in fact did have some good moments during the league but it was hard to state that their shown a game in recent weeks which could be seen hard by them that their had deserved to stay but winning last week game deserves praise for sure.
Rizespor blames Trabzonspor for their relegation.
Meanwhile, Rizespor despite of winning last week game against Alanyaspor has been relegated from Super League and certainly are experience shock of it. One of the direct actions was to blame Trabzonspor of having match-fixing claiming that Trabzonspor didnt show any fighting spirit at the game against Bursaspor.
With taking account that only few weeks it did look that Rizespor was likely to be relegated from Super League few weeks before end of this season their did show good comeback to stay at the Super League but with Trabzonspor winning last week game against Bursaspor didnt manage to achieve that. As always seems to be case Rizespor has shown their reaction to provide top football too late and due of effect are blaming Trabzonspor for their bad season even through this hard talk would bring this conversation into open for long time even through taking account that Rizespor didnt manage to stay at the league should be found reasons from themselves. Stating that the team should be proud of fighting spirit which their showed and there is no reason why it wont be moving back to the Super League after 1 season break as it has good potential to do that.
Rizespor wasnt always specifically providing high-class football but it did become club associated with Super League so absence of them would be felt but new clubs replacing them and other relegated one would like feel space of the next season.
Fenerbahce has took Adanaspor game seriously and ended league at 3rd place.
Despite of very poor season from Fenerbahce, it has managed to end season at the 3rd place after winning Adanaspor with 3:1 scoreline and would compete at the Europa League 3rd qualifying round which would be taken place at the end of the July.
With Konyaspor ex-coach Aykut Kocaman stating that he would be joining team next season, he would need to work in many aspects at the team including transfers and also motivate players who did provide poor performance this season and also not very good one the one before. Still, it was important for Fenerbahce to take this game against Adanaspor seriously, regardless that their opponents had been relegated, and especially until finding 2:1 scoreline it has done that and has ended season at the 3rd place not allowing Galatasaray to pass them. Taking account how poor Fenerbahce has competed this season, it did end season at the high note and would now prepare for new season hoping it would be much better one.
Fenerbahce, as Galatasaray, needs to think also during summer break into reasons why their had shown such a dissapointing results this season and try to solve them for next season.
