Fenerbahce extends contract with Hasan Ali Kaldirim until 2020.
Fenerbahce has extended contract with its player Hasan Ali Kaldirim until 2020 season with the updated salary of the player has been announced as 1.8 million euro. Hasan Ali Kaldirim has become one of the key players at the team for recent years and is likely to be carried on to be one with Aykut Kocaman becoming head coach.
There was some talks when season has been over that Hasan Ali Kaldirim might be leaving the team as the administration is not happy with him and also of not signing extension as soon as season is over. In fact there were rumours about his move to Celtic. However, it needs to be noted that Kaldirim has always shown great stance and always giving his best performance of the main players at the midfield position for the team. In fact, both him and Volkan Demirel has been expected for the contacts to be extended and has always been seen as unlucky chance for them to end contract and club wanting to send them away. While Fenerbahce as been observed during this summer transfer talks has aimed to make their team stronger but to achieve that it is crucial to keep team's key players at the squad.
Surely and regardless how much transfers would be done by Fenerbahce during this summer transfer window, Hasan Ali Kaldirim would keep his main spot of being starting 11 player for next season and would be key player for newly-appointed head coach Aykut Kocaman.
Goztepe has made principal agreement with Tunay Tuna.
Goztepe has announced that it has made principal agreement with coach Tunay Torun who has decided to get into main role after leaving his role as assistant coach of Senol Gunes.
Even through Tunay Torun is pretty unexperienced as head coach, he would still be going as coach who has won 2 titles back-to-back with Besiktas and has obtained lots of important coaching skills while being 2nd hand of one of the best Turkish coaches Senol Gunes. Without doubt he would be able to turn this knowledge into effect with Goztepe who as the team does aim to stay at the Super League which would be also an important for whole league as it did miss side from 3rd largest city in Turkey - Izmir. Goztepe current squad and also taking account of upcoming transfers would become a good team and certainly Tamer Tuna would do his best to get the best from this team in the upcoming season which as been mentioned he is capable to do.
As been stated Tunay Tuna would now have his biggest test as head coach as he would be competing at the Super League in this role first time but the skills and lessons he got from Senol Gunes does give lots of hope for next season for him.
Olympique Lyon has offered 8.5 million euro to Besiktas for Marcelo.
Olympique Lyon is reported to be close to transfer Besiktas player Marcelo as it carries its long-term transfer negotiations with a player as it has raised its transfer fee to 8.5 million euro and getting closer to Besiktas offer of 10 million euro.
It is known that Olympique Lyon has a big interest with Marcelo for long-time and that is without surprise that in overall Marcelo is good player and also he had spend good season at the Besiktas last season. With same reasons that Marcelo had a good season, Besiktas also is unwilling to sell one of their key players who has brought league title to them and hence has set such a high transfer fee however as been stated Olympique Lyon is aiming to fight for Marcelo until the end and has set their eyes for such a transfer. As it is known that one of the main priorities for Besiktas among making their side stronger for next season is it keep their current team but as been seen from our social accounts, the team does recieve high number of transfer offers from abroad as the team has shown great performance at the league and Europe last season.
With French side raising transfer offer to 8.5 million euro and getting closer to the transfer offer from Besiktas by each offer it does look like Besiktas might difficulty at keeping Marcelo until last season and we would follow this story during this summer.
