What happened in Turkish football today? 28/06/2023

Hatayspor has signed Onur Ari for 4-years.

Hatayspor has signed Onur Ari for 4-years as it continues providing some effective transfers for upcoming season aiming to show strong comeback to football games after being affected from devastating earthquake.

With Onur Ari providing some impressive performance on previous season at Eskisehirspor at an attacking and have an advantage of being tall player with being 1.92 m. As been noted on previous blogs, Hatayspor following losing some players during early days of the summer and possibly having some issues at convincing foreign players, has been focussed as could be seen towards Turkish young players with high potential and without doubt Onur Ari is being player who can fulfill this level of performance with working Volkan Demirel who does have good communication with players as could be seen during earthquake period.

Therefore, Hatayspor did sign good player without doubt who also could turn into good investment in the future for the side.

Fernandes and Orsic has arrived to Istanbul for Trabzonspor.

Real Vallodolid player Joaquin Fernandes and Southampton player Miroslav Orsic has arrived to Istanbul for one-on-one transfer negotiations with Trabzonspor.

It has been known that Trabzonspor head coach Nenad Bjelica has been interested with countryman Miroslav Orsic and hence the club has been having negotiations with intensive negotiations and does look to be making deal with Southampton and Orsic himself while talks about Fernandes has been taken place only for few days as Trabzonspor did have strong and effective negotiations with player and managed to get quality player with good value in the end. Therefore, both players if final aggreement would be made will provide an important strength and would get close to provide kind of game which Bjelica aim for.

Trabzonspor hence does aim for quality players who wouldnt affect much financially and likely to continue summer transfers in such manner.

Kayserispor player Emrah Bassan leaves side

Kayserispor player Emrah Bassan who has shown pretty good performance in recent seasons has left the club after contract has been over.

Emrah Bassan has been one of the key players at Kayserispor in recent seasons and has played an important role for the team some successes without doubt and hence it needs to be mentioned that his leave could affect negatively to whole team if there would not find replacement for him in short period. Meanwhile, when Bassan did announce his leave he did hint that he would  make some announcements make sign that there were internal issues which led him not to extend contract.

Kayserispor would not look for sure for some replacement of him if it wants to show some good result in upcoming season and we would follow all developments.
