Sevilla used its opportunities in 2nd half while Fenerbahce didnt in 1st.

Fenerbahce has lost 1st leg against Sevilla during Europa League last 16 1st leg game as game has been played with two different halves as Istanbul giant didnt use its opportunities during 1st half.

There was expectation that Sevilla might have some issues both mentally and physically against Fenerbahce due of poor performance and this has been with how it has performed during 1st half as Fenerbahce did get full control of the game with both creating great opportunities and also not letting Sevilla to provide much pressure to goals. Only issue at Fenerbahce has been not to score goal, but with this being main aim it has also decided whole outcome. Things has changed entirely during 2nd half, as Sevilla started showing more attacking game and created chances while Fenerbahce did look passive. Only difference has been for Sivasspor did use its opportunities, with 1st goal also coming from luck. Fenerbahce hence did lose game with 2:0 scoreline which did put tie difficult for them.

With Fenerbahce not playing during this week in the league it could focus entirely to 2nd leg game where key would be to found an early goal without doubt.

Basaksehirspor did get good result despite of some circumstances

Even through Basaksehirspor did come to Gent game at Conference League last 16 1st leg game as favourites, it needs to be mentioned that 1:1 draw has been good outcome for them taking account it was away game and also condition of the field.

Therefore, Sivasspor did provide right tactic according to opponent and did keep chances for next round as 1 goal scored in Sivas could change a lot for them.

Sivasspor did play according to its strength and more adapting to opponents and this tactic did keep some chances to get to next round but it needs to show more attacking game in Sivas.
