Death toll from earthquake is rising
Unfortunately, death toll at 7.8 earthquake which took place on 6th February at 4.17 still is getting closer to 10,000 death in Turkey which sadly also included some unwanted news coming from footballing world.
List of people passing away from footballing world is being rising as Sanliurfa Genclikspor trainer Mustafa Abak and his wife Hacer Abak, Kahramanmaras Istiklalspor player Hakan Dogan and Iskendurunspor trainer Ibrahim Halil Olmez under rubbles during devastating earthquake. As all deaths are being very tragic, it would be important to continue sending aids and donations both within Turkey and outside nation as people who has been affected by this earthquake would need to get help and also coninuing to believe for some good news to come up.
Sadly, we keep recieving some unwanted news at earthquake area and honestly fears of death toll rising exists with everyone.
Christian Atsu is still being under rubbles despite of reports that he was rescued.
Hatayspor has announced that its player Christian Atsu is still not being saved from rubbles despite of news on previous day that he has been saved and currently being on hospital.
Without doubt, for people who have following news about Christian Atsu, especially his family, had a huge relief when reports that Atsu has been rescued from rubbles did come out which been confirmed by Hatayspor. However, with some administrartors visiting to hospital which he was reported to be recovering and not finding him there, it became here that he wasnt saved.
There is big awaiting if he would be saved with our page is also hoping and waiting for good news to come from Atsu and of course from everyone who has affected by earthquake.
Request to extend transfer window until 18th February has been given
TFF has send request to FIFA to extend its transfer window from 8th February to 18th February as many clubs didnt focus into transfers without doubt and understandably and very likely not to do even if FIFA approves extension.
TFF has stated that it has recieved verbal approval for extension of the transfer window and still waiting for written report as clubs which been affected from earthquake didnt do anything in transfer front on this 3 days and very likely will not do much even after mourning period is over, possibly with only making deals with players which it been close prior to 6th February.
Right now football in Turkey didnt fell from priority list, but has been forgotten entirely as it should be and noone was focussed into transfer. TFF more or less action has been routine work in this period.
In other news:
- KahramanmarasIstiklalspor player Baris Civelek has been saved from rubbles due of earthquake in Turkey.
-Galatasaray has send 34th truck with aid and donars to areas affected by earthquake
