TFF has made some important changes due of earthquake

TFF CEO Mehmet Buyukeksi has made some important statements regarding of transfer decisions which been forced to be made due of devastating earthquake, stating that Hatayspor and Gaziantep will be able to come out on field with an extra foreign player.

With earthquake without doubt affecting negatively to the footballing world, TFF needed to make crucial changes and one of them has been to allow an extra player on field compare to other sides as they would have some difficulties with squad players. Buyukeksi has also stated that after extending transfer window until 18th February it has send 2nd request to extend it until 5th March, as it is unclear what would be reaction from FIFA. Also, rule that 1 coach would not referee more than 2 teams would be extended to 3 during this season due of earthquake circumstances.

This decision hs been important ones and would provide some relaxation when planning for next season especially for clubs which been affected by earthquake.

Super League sides start loaning players which are from earthquake affected clubs.

Basaksehirspor has made transfer deal with Gaziantep player Joao Figuiredo while Trabzonspor has made loan deal with Lazar Markovic.

With TFF and clubs has allowed clubs which wouldnt complete this season due of earthquake to able to be send to other clubs is still going around as two deals has been made. Such decision would provide an opportunity for team to strengthen its squad but possibly even more important let players from affected sides to carry on playing professional football and stay at form.
