Turkey only played 2nd half during those 3 games.
During October games, Turkish National Team has provided an interesting habit of playing good football only during 2nd half which it did repeated against Serbia when it returned from 2:0 loss to 2:2 scoreline and has kept itself at 3rd place in the group.
Even through it should be noted that compare to Germany and Russia games Turkey didnt provide very good game for 2nd 45 minutes against Serbia, still providing pretty slow tempo game but did use advantage of Serbia getting tired and not having high number of key players in the squad and with bit more but not very effective attacks did find 2 goals thanks to nice goals by Hakan Calhanoglu and Ozan Tufan but it were only 2 attacks for side during whole game. Looking at this game it could be noted that Turkey were tired from intense timetable and travelling and it did affect for not effective game but this issue of playing only well during 2nd half which led them to get 3 draws is worrying image for upcoming future. This is area which certainly needs to be focussed for upcoming month 2 concluding games in Nations League for sure by Senol Gunes to find ways to show high game for 90 minutes.
Opportunities to end league at top spot does look to be difficult for them but it needs still fight for 2 wins with better game in November for sure.
Sivasspor send request to allow 30% supporters to be allowed at Europa League.
Sivasspor CEO Mecnun Otyakmaz has stated that he did send memo to TFF and UEFA with requesting for their home games at Europa League to be played with 30% fans capacity which UEFA does recommend.
As conditions around Europe does look to be uncertain regarding of Covid19, number of football clubs mainly to get cash on its hand looking for solution and with UEFA recomending to play with 30% capacity, Sivasspor did send its request for home games at Europa League. It does need to be noted that stadiums with 30% is actually good rate to keep supporters at social distancing as long their follow and respect Covid19 regulations. With Sivasspor competing for 1st time at Europa League and being in reasonably good group it would look like to use this advantage of home fans as for some away games supporters would be allowed. But again condition both in Turkey and Sivas would be deciding this matter and its need to be noted that this should be most important factor for decision but it would be pleasant to see for this decision to be accepted for sure.
Without supporters, Sivasspor will be coming with small disadvantage so it would be good news for them for sure.
3 more Hatayspor player got Covid19
Hatayspor has announced that 3 more players has got positive test results for Covid 19 making totally tally of virus infected to 6 within 3 days.
Even through this number would not effect for Super League 5th week game to be taken place against Erzurumspor, it would provide negative effect for side with despite of last game does show very good performance on early stage of this season. However, most importantly this should be seen as reminder for player both in club and whole country that virus is still being effective, possibly even more than on spring and hence all precautions needs to be made if they dont want to miss upcoming games which would effect both to them and they clubs.
