 Kasimpasa has shown incredible comeback from 3:1 scoreline.

Trabzonspor continues its poor performance in the Super League as it lost to Kasimpasa with 4:3 scoreline despite of winning in one point game with 3:1 scoreline as both sides provided great thriller and possibly showing best game so far during this season.

In addition, Trabzonspor most importantly continues to show poor defensive game as Kasimpasa could score much more goals with Ugurcan Omur getting high number of saves hence being possibly main reason for not making that loss too dramatically and being possibly strongest player on the field.

Kasimpasa meanwhile provided very strong attitude to the game with getting 4:3 win from losing game 3:1 on 38th minute and showed this comeback with deserved performance with scoring even more. Therefore, this game and result would provide strong confidence for upcoming games for side.

Trabzonspor on their part continues to show poor performance with keeping its head coach Eddie Newton with only possibly note could be scoring 3 goals but gamewise its been showing poor game.

Sivasspor dissapointed against Maccabi Tel-Aviv.

Sivasspor and Turkish clubs on general continue on having very poor performance at European tournaments hence having negative impact into country coefficient for UEFA, as Sivasspor did lose to Maccabi Tel Aviv with 2:1 scoreline.

There were high expectations from Sivasspor during this game as many saw them coming out as favourites with showing strong attacking game but didnt provide that kind of game even before penalty and red card position. With showing strong attacking game against Villarreal there was strong belief and expectation that it would should similar game but even through it did look to be better side, it was still showing slow tempo without much difference in all fairness. With Maccabi Tel Aviv being focussed during whole game and later turning out how game has been developed it did get important 3 points for themselves and getting maximum 6 points with Villarreal and reducing Sivasspor for next stage pretty low even through it still early to give up but Turkish side needs to improve its game as Qarabag side game would be tough one with opponent showing also good performances in group despite losses.

Sivasspor did show dissapointing game against Maccabi Tel-Aviv and surely needs to improve for upcoming games both domestically and Europe.

Galatasaray has good opportunity to get confident scoreline from Ankaragucu.

Galatasaray would be coming out to Super League 7th week against struggling Ankaragucu both with performance so far in season and also 8 positive Covid 19 cases with 6 players being starting 11 level.

With Galatasaray trying to get into level which it has been during start of the season, and in all respect of opponent and also difficult condition there are due of this virus, did get good opportunity to get confident scoreline in this condition. Sivasspor didnt provide attacking game which was expected.

Sivasspor continues poor performance of Turkish clubs at Europe as it lost unexpectedly against Maccabi Tel Aviv at Europa League Group I 2nd week game and did put itself chances for 2nd round into difficulty since it found itself 6 points behind Villarreal and Maccabi.

There were high hopes for Sivasspor attack especially when remembering how side did perform during last week against Villarreal but apart of start of the 2nd half during which period it did find goal with Kayode it needs to be noted that it didnt provide high level even through penalty kick of Gradel on 68th minute and red card of Sivasspor did lose confidence and tempo for Sivasspor with game going into hand of Maccabi Tel Aviv which it used towards end of game. Basaksehirspor showed brave game against PSG.

As been noted, one of the advantages of Basaksehirspor is not having under huge pressure for this game and in group to win games from around world, including Turkey, which does provide it to show its best game without being too much criticised. Performance of Besiktas needs to be treated realistically.

Even through it needs to be praised how Besiktas has performed during Super League game against Denizlispor up to 70th minute it does need to be overstated for the team as it did play against side which didnt show anything until red card that moment and also close to lose 2 points

In overall, in view of this blog, yesterday performance doesnt need to be underrated but  in same time  overrated with winning Denizlispor and looking into basically how game has been developed and identify in same time that Denizlispor made things easier without showing too much resistance until 70th minute and also acknowldge that following Trabzonspor game, Besiktas did show good game. Without doubt, best player on the field has been Atiba Hutchinson who did score opening goal and provided in overall strong performance, continuing being positive example for whole side by mile. Besiktas dominated game against Denizlispor until red card of Souza

Besiktas has dominated during Super League 6th week game against Denizlispor up to 70th minute as direct red card from Josef de Souza has led for their opponents get more into game and reduce scoreline from 3:0 to 3:2.

It needs to be noted that prior to Souza red card, it didnt only get 3:0 scoreline but also provided much more better game which controlling ball, creating chances anf not allowing they opponents to get towards any opportunities with Hugo Rodallega shot from far away has been dangerous opportunity. Such dominance been mainly due of poor performance from Denizlispor in this game and from start of this season and also for strong willingness from Besiktas to win this game with Atiba Hutchinson been most experienced player providing specifcally outstanding game. However, Besiktas performance has been changed directly after Souza directly with making clear that it does have issues when playing with 10 to 11. With Denizlispor without doubt getting more belief on them part after red card and being almost close to get  1 point but not getting up, did allow Besiktas to get very important experience and lessons from this situation without losing points. Fenerbahce showed confident strong attacking game during 2nd half.

Fenerbahce continued its undefeated performance against one of its main rivals in this league but this season struggling with providing strong and confident attacking game during 2nd half with winning game 3:1 scoreline.

It should be noted that even through Fenerbahce did provide better start compare to Trabzonspor, it still wasnt in very strong and confident manner with providing pretty slow game and hence didnt provide high tempo game. With also some players being observed to be having lack of concentration during 1st half also without doubt let for Jose Sosa and Lemos pretending each other in fight for ball which led for Afebo to get goal position and to find goal. Despite of conceding at 23rd minute, Fenerbahce continued to show such game until half-time. But with providing pretty radical subsitution with Jose Sosa and Papiss Cisse prior to 2nd half has meant to add extra attacker which did provide crucial role with Fenerbahce providing more attacking game and finding 2 goals between 51st-54th and with continuing such game got full control of the game with dominating in front with preventing Trabzonspor to create some opportunities. Therefore, to some extend we did see ideal Fenerbahce during 2nd half with possibly Erol Bulut getting closer to attacking style game.

Trabzonspor on their part continue to provide performance which is very far from last season and despite of showing better game during 1st half, it could be noted that it looked like that due of poor game of Fenerbahce in that period. However, it could be noted that Trabzonspor does have some tactical and self-belief issues failing to get clear strong control of the game with having some issues with collective game. Trabzonspor in that sense needs to find ways to provide much more controllable game or otherwise it would be contuning to be losing points. One of the positive aspects has been for Afebo to get 2nd goal for self-confidence and confidence as it does look he would be taking most important role as attacker. Trabzonspor currently finds itself 11 points behind league leaders Alanyaspor only after 11 points and needs to get wins urgently.

Fenerbahce withotu doubt did show what it could be done when showing strong game with high tempo on 2nd half and surely provides high hopes for upcoming weeks.

Galatasaray got important win without showing great game.

Galatasaray has got very important win after beating Erzurumspor with 2:1 scoreline during Super League 6th week game despite of showing its not best football but did get opponent which were not at great form on day.

As been noted several times prior to games, with failing to win games for 3 weeks it was important for Galatasaray to win game in whatever cost, and it did look to some extend that players did come with that focus but still it did show pretty ineffective game with low tempo, with Radamel Falcao being one of the few players who did show good game especially with great winning goal on his style. Staying with Falcao it needs to be noted that he got his 1st red card in European career, after 2 yellow cards, with 2nd one being pretty questionable as his action didnt touch opponents face. Without doubt and sadly referee did provide poor performance both with this position and also prior to Galatasaray where didnt give foul for Ryan Babel so biggest loser been referee Arda Kardesler. In overall, Galatasaray got very important win which happened mainly due of not very good performance by their opponents but regained confidence.

Galatasaray has got its first win following 3 weeks as it got away win against Erzurumspor which did have good season so far and it needs to be noted thats its not been specifically easy for Istanbul side.

Sivasspor needs to improve its defence for next week game.

Sivasspor despite of losing to Villarreal during Europa League Group I 1st week game did still provide very confident and strong performance with some possible attacking game finding 3 goals its time coming from behind but still needs to improve on defensive game.

Sivasspor it needs to be noted did provide very good performance with overpassing its expectation and provided some positive expectation for games against Maccabi Tel Aviv next week and also against Qarabag which are being seen as main opponents for 2nd spot while Villarreal if there would not be some surprising development in group should be getting easily to top spot. Sivasspor did show great fighting spirit despite loss to Villarreal.

Despite of losing to Villarreal as would be expected by Sivasspor during Europa League Group I openning week, it needs to be noted that side without doubt overpassed itself with equalising game 2 times but couldnt prevent Alcacer 2 goals which led for game to end with 5:3 scoreline.

TFF wants to introduce 30% capacity of stadium open to supporters.

Despite of current rise of number of patients of Covid19 in Turkey, with number of them rising above 2,000 on daily basis, TFF CEO Nihat Ozdemir has stated that he did send request to Health Ministry and Science Committe to introduce 30% capacity at stadium for supporters.

Sadly, Nihat Ozdemir once again is showing lack of understanding and possibly threat of which this decision could have to overall fight against Covid19 once again putting interests of finances of clubs in the league which also show similar attitude. It needs to be noted that argument also that supporters are allowed in some European countries is getting ineffective hence those countries once again bringing closed door entirely with number of cases rising. With Turkey being among few countries which states number of patients rather then cases does also show that condition could be not as good. Its time to football community to become aware circumstances this could lead without doubt. It is expected that both committee and ministry which cancelled 30% rule when numbers were lower, would not accept this.

Situation with Covid is still being unclear and hence whole community needs to be taking this seriously with following health first which includes TFF for sure.

Number of players tests would be raised from 30 to 35.

Staying in the topic of the Covid19, it became clear that TFF has changed guideline of pre-game tests rising number of players who would go through tests from 30 to 35 from 27th October, hence reducing risk of postponining game to minumum.

With Covid19 cases with Hatayspor has led for TFF to move  2 games against Erzurumspor and Ankaragucu, difficult move since it does have very compact schedule. Stating this compact schedule issue been more created by TFF themselves with raising number of teams in the league which began more than month later when it would start in such unpredictable times hence to some extend TFF has created issues for this. Basaksehirspor focussed to show its own game against RB Leipzig despite of score.

Even through it could be noted that Basaksehirspor did provide some positive games during end of the 1st half and some parts of 2nd half it needs to be remembered that RB Leipzig get scoreline which it was seeking for and did have game in control.

Basaksehirspor did provide some positive view despite of scoreline.

It should be noted in al fairness that this performance has been due of RB Leipzig providing more controllable game and even when Basaksehirspor looked to be showing better performance it did look like German side has been into control of the game.
