Basaksehirspor expects to have difficult game against Antalyaspor.
League leaders Basaksehirspor would be resuming its title race where it aims to get its 1st title in its history with an aim to beat one of the most at form sites following Covid 19 break Antalyaspor which promises to be tough game.
Even through Basaksehirspor did draw against Galatasaray during last week without providing very effective performance, it did manage to keep 2 point advantage over Trabznspor with 5 weeks left in the season and hence should be motivated to game. However, it does have some crucial absences in its squad for game with Edin Visca who got 2 yellow cards in previous game being most eye-catching one. With taking account that Antalyaspor is providing recently one of the strong performances without losing for 11 weeks would provide them high level confidence and without doubt would be seeking to raise this to 12 and hence could be providing some extra confidence and motivation. Even through Basaksehirspor could lose points last week, it cant risk this week much and hence needs to provide strong tactical game.
With having some absences Basaksehirspor would certainly have difficult times against in-form opposition, but title hopes motivation could help to show good game.
Fenerbahce has slight advantage over Goztepe.
Fenerbahce whose only aim is to get Europa League, even through this is being also pretty vague, would be still aiming to fight for win against Goztepe during Super League 30th week and get some confidence for last weeks of the season.
It needs to be admitted that even through Fenerbahce did win 2 games since restart of the season, it is not providing very good performance and in games which it won against Kayserispor and Yeni Malatyaspor it did get win from providing strong fighting spirit in the end of the game, but generally showed poor game for 90 minutes. Goztepe has also provided pretty poor restart of the season and being side which doesnt have aims for rest of the season does also have issue to show strong concentration and motivation for rest of the season. This game could be played with slow tempo and with Fenerbahce providing some good last minutes performance in home ground, despite of empty stands does slightly put them as favourites for game.
Its hard to call favourite for this game, but some small factors does put Fenerbahce bit more closer to get win from this game.
Al Wahda started transfer negotiations with Radamel Falcao
It became clear that Al Wahda is considering to start transfer negotiations with Galatasaray player Radamel Falcao, with Istanbul side might consider to be selling player as due of injuries and general performance he did end up providing performance below what was expected.
It needs to be remembered that when Radamel Falcao has been transffered last summer, it was seen as strong vision and was expected that he would be scoring high amount of goals which would provide strong success to team in league and at Europe. With providing some memorable games at leagues occassionally, his performance at Champions League has been pretty poor as was whole side in fact. Adding that injuries, Falcao didnt provide much help which was expected from him. Therefore, Galatasaray are likely to consider to sell him this summer, but obviously not for very low transfer fee. Arabic clubs, such as Al Wahda can provide such salary and has arleady started transfer negotiations and would likely to be one of the interesting transfer negotiations during this summer in Turkey.
