Galatasaray would hope for Alanyaspor to lose points to secure 5th spot.
Galatasaray has completed Super League 2019-20 season with loss of 2 points against Antalyaspor which did come out for formality game and would now wait for loss of points from Alanyaspor to keep its chances for Europa League without waiting for outcome at Turkish Cup final.
It needs to be noted that Galatasaray didnt provide very effective performance during 1st half with more or less describing performance of the side during 1st half of the season and also following Super League resume where it only gained 5 points during that period. However, due of either motivation talk from Fatih Terim at changing room or/and possibility of securing 5th spot in the league has led for much effective performance during 2nd half with finding 2 good goals but rather then focussing to secure scoreline after 2:1 it did provide some relexation and hence has conceded goal from Blanco and would now hope for Alanyaspor not to get win against Konyaspor which is fighting to stay at the league.
Antalyaspor even through did come out to formality has provided strong focus for the game and provided high level performance which could be seen from finding goal on last minute with focussing into points.
With Galatasaray ending at low note it would now focus into upcoming season and as whole treat this unlucky season. This could be done with some transfers following such interesting season.
Trabzonspor could be losing 2nd spot if it doesnt get result from Kayserispor game.
With Trabzonspor losing points during recent weeks, its not in risk of losing 2nd spot which could be qualification ticket for Champions League if FFP would approve clubs complaint. Trabzonspor would need to get win draw against Kayserispor but it wont be an easy task for them.
Trabzonspor main reason for losing title during this season has been for losing points when it did get ahead of the game which did lead for their head coach Huseyin Cimsir to resign even before league has been completed, as Eddie Newton would be taking caretaking position for last 2 games of this season, including Turkish Cup final. Worrying image and good news both for Sivasspor and Kayserispor, that side can achieve this comeback especially if news of other games would be coming in manner which is suitable as among winning it needs also to be waiting good news from clubs above them to stay on the league but it could be expected that Kayserispor would be more focussed to such crucial game for them without doubt.
Therefore, Trabzonspor recent performance and possible lack of motivation could have negative impact into final outcome of the game.
Sivasspor deserves to end season at 2nd spot.
Even through Sivasspor are ones who is being disadvantage due of being 2 points behind
Trabzonspor, when looking with own form and opponents Sivasspor are more closer to get iwn as Goztepe lost all motivation and provides worst performance since restart.
Sivasspor without doubt did gain level of performance with entering to last weeks and focussing into ending league at 3rd spot and now got very good opportunity with Trabzonspor losing points. It needs to be reminded that Sivasspor being longest 1st spot side during whole season and despite of some decline performance including after resume of the league it did deserve 2nd spot and would provide performance accordingly. Goztepe did have poor restart of the season and being one of the clubs which is not playing for something would only be motivated to season in good manner.
Sivasspor does come out as favourite and at worst would finish season at 3rd spot in our view.
