Post didnt want Basaksehirspor to get to the Champions League group stage.

Basaksehirspor has shown a very good performance once against Sevilla during Champions League play-off round 2nd leg game as it has drawn with 2:2 scoreline and has ended tie with losing with an aggregate of 4:3. In fact, Basaksehirspor has been almost got ticket to the Champions League with the post which has declined from Emre Belozoglu shot.

Basaksehirspor has shown great performance against Sevilla in 2 ties and needs to be stated that the team did show that it is in level of Champions League and would become strong team at the Europa League. Even through Sevilla for most time of the game did look like confident and have strong self-belief which it gained from experience from Europe, Basaksehirspor has responded in same matter without making any mistakes. The fight which was given after 2:1 scoreline and the belief of the team needs also to be praised as it was just post away from getting to Champions League. After game Basaksehirspor head coach Abdullah Avci and players might feel rightly dissapointed but their needed to be proud of giving such high level performance and also providing same level football with Sevilla.

As been stated above and in previous tie Sevilla did use its long term experience in Europe and even through without doubt it was surprised with performance of Basaksehirspor it managed to stay calm and get Champions League group stage place.

Basaksehirspor should be very proud of its performance and did send strong message to football fans around Europe showing it can play high quality football and certainly not many teams after this would like to get them into group stage in Europa League.

Konyaspor CEO Ahmet San is suspected of involvement with FETO.

Konyaspor CEO Ahmet San has become another football personality to be suspect of ongoing  who has been involved with FETO secret messenger group ByLock as he was taken into custody yesterday night and has been questioned.

Following questioning he was set free but his personal belongings from home and mobile phone has been taken into custody from police for more checking and gathering information. Quite naturally Ahmet San has announced this morning that he has resigned from his post so it wont affect negatively both to the club and also for investigation. As expected he has denied any involvemenent with ByLock and FETO organisation. As was stated several times at our blog it was known that number of high footballing personalities has been involved with FETO and Ahmet San has been among investigation. This blog of course wont say anything as everyone is innocent until proven quilty but fact that this has even become possibility does show how much FETO is within football.

It is known that Ahmet San has close relationship with Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan and hence if this would be proven true it would become a big shock and in fact this blog does thing possibility is low for this to be case but again lets investigation take its turn.

Emre Mor has ended all connections with his manager Muzzi Ozcan. 

Borussia Dortmund Turkish player Emre Mor who has been actively discussed and still been discussed during this transfer window has made surprising decision to end all connection with his long-term manager Muzzi Ozcan.

Even Muzzi Ozcan has refused to mention main reason why this decision has been made and has stated that he would make statements about this in upcoming future there are rumours going around that there is connection of national team with this decision. According to rumour, Turkish National Team head coach Mircea Lucescu has asked Emre Mor to change manager if he wants to be selected to the national team. This rumour does support short statement Muzzi Ozcan made to Turkish television as he stated that he did everything for Emre Mor to be selected to the national team and has been treated in unfairly way. To all possibility this rumour has in fact been coming out due of this statement. But as been stated its best to wait Muzzi Ozcan statement to figure out what really happened.

Meanwhile, it became clear that Emre Mor has made an agreement with manager Bekir Demirtas who is also manager for Milan player Hakan Calhanoglu.
