Both teams wanted to win game today but Fenerbahce wanted it more.
Turkish Super League 2nd week game between Fenerbahce and Trabzonspor has been a very good game where both teams has wanted to win the game but in all fairness it could be argued that Fenerbahce was more hungry for a win as winning today would push incredible motivation to the team in upcoming games.
Fenerbahce it needs to be stated during whole game has provided its best play so far at this season even through it didnt manage to win the game. With conceding game as early as 4th minute it did look for a time that it might be a bad game by them once again but later it has focussed into an attacking football. Following 2:2 draw against Goztepe in 1st week and also losing to Vardar with 2:0 scoreline it needed to respond well. Fenerbahce players new that by winning Trabzonspor, an opponent which for them is one of the main rivals would also charecterise rest of the season. Stating that today's great game and attacking forward game with improvement by most of the players would help to self-belief of the players even through might not push much motivation compare if it won the game. Once again the best player for Fenerbahce ended up being Matheiu Valbuena who has provided high speed game with looking and creating chances.
Trabzonspor in other hand has found two goals with going forward especially with incredible goal by Olcay Sahan it has mainly focussed into defensive game which would be expected by a team when playing away against Fenerbahce with taking account that it didnt beat them for long time now. Trabzonspor despite of being more defensive during the game has also wanted to win the game today as it wanted to carry on high performance following win against Konyaspor and hence carry on great start of the season. Antalyaspor has made transfer agreement with Samir Nasri.
Antalyaspor keep providing big surprises and eye-catching transfers during transfer window as it has made an agreement to transfer Manchester City player Samir Nasri for 4 million euro salary for 2 years.
Samir Nasri has provided top level performance for number of years including his performance at Manchester City and in fact for most of his professional career has been performing at top level clubs, as he also has come to Sevilla from loan. There is true factor of his aging age as he is 30-years old and his peak level is been over, but with experience which he has gained he has potential to become pushing and key player as is Samuel Eto'o at the team. So he might lose his effectiveness but surely his effort should be at the high level. This transfer would also move other players especially youngsters to improve at the Antalyaspor for sure. Antalyaspor has shown great achievement as for long time big 3 clubs has unsuccessfully has tried to transfer Nasri and bring him to Turkey.
Antalyaspor as been stated several times main aim of this season is to end at the Europa League spot and it does have squad which can achieve that and Samir Nasri coming would raise chances for this even more.
