Fenerbahce gets an advantage scoreline against Kayserispor during 1st leg.

After a long time Fenerbahce has managed to win in the competitive competition as it has played against Kayserispor winning with 3:0 scoreline during Turkish Cup quarter-final game and in fact has won its 1st game since winning Besiktas at the Turkish Cup last 16 game.

As it was stated at the blog yesterday for Fenerbahce the only aim to end season with the title seems to be Turkish Cup as it is currently 12 points behind leaders of Besiktas and with its performance at the Super League it doesnt show an image that it would be able to fight for league title at least this season. During 1st half, Fenerbahce didnt either show a great football and been reluctant to create good chances during the game but the controversial goal scored by the Fernandao at the end of 1st half, which has recieved lots of the protests from Kayserispor players has changed aspect of the game. The following goal has brought more motivation for Fenerbahce while Kayserispor has lost its focus of the game especially after conceding 2nd goal. Its hard to state that Fenerbahce has played a good game but neither Kayserispor was successful at creating chances during the game compare to previous games between sides at the Super League.

Kayserispor didnt show much fighting spirit which it had at the Super League possibly being too precautious thinking about 2nd leg game in one month time and has since led them to concede 3 goals without showing too much risking football.

Fenerbahce did get good motivation from Kayserispor game at the Turkish Cup quarter-final game and would have calm 2nd leg game but there is still question if this performance would be transferred to the Super League.

Akhisar Belediyespor does have an advantage of away goal at the tie against Basaksehirspor.

As was mentioned at our blog yesterday, Basaksehirspor were coming out as favourite at the Turkish Cup quarter-final 1st leg game against Akhisar Belediyespor however it wasnt able to provide top football which led for a game to be ended with 1:1 scoreline.

It needs to be reminded that so far Basaksehirspor is only team at the Turkish Cup which does have a good chance to get league title at this season and hence it would have tough period until road to the final as all other teams would certainly have main focus to get the Turkish Cup. Akhisar Belediyespor has shown a very attacking football aiming to get an away game advantage and has created a good attacks. However, with conceding goal at the 1st half and only finding goal at the 78th minute didnt allow them to get more advantage score at 1st leg, but still in time of writing it does have an away goal which does provide them advantage. Both teams still need to improve their performance at the 2nd leg of the tie if their want to get to the semi-final stage. Basaksehirspor meanwhile does talk about getting their aim to win the Turkish Cup but as stated this is not easy as its not clear if their will get to semi-final right now.

This tie is still an open one with Akhisar Belediyespor have an away game goal and also getting support behind from fans at away game, but Basaksehirspor which needs to be stated is not at their best performance right now compare to early this season might become even stronger, or vice versa.

Trabzonspor would aim to win game after 2 week break. 

Trabzonspor will aim to start winning games once again as it would meet against Karabukspor during Super League 23rd week as it has drawn last 2 games. However, it would have a tough game as Karabukspor has managed to get pretty surprising results against big 4 teams this season.

In fact, Karabukspor did manage to win Trabzonspor with 4:0 scoreline back in October and hence does show a factor that its not easy opponent however Trabzonspor is not in same weak form as it was back then while Karabukspor has been forced to change its head coach which tries to find control of the team. Trabzonspor is playing a very impressive attacking football and so far didnt lose game in 2017 at the league even through as stated it has drawn last of couple of games which does show that it has degrease of performance right now. But the player are certainly in right mood and also taking supporters back tomorrow it does seem to come out as favourite since many things changed since October.

Stating that, Karabukspor would certainly aim to get a win with its head coach Zoran Bragovic which would been his 1st at this club and it would been against important team like Trabzonspor.
