Besiktas got hardly deserved double this season.
Besiktas has ended season with double as it lifted Super League title on its home ground with very eventful celebration despite of not accepting any supporters as it lifted Turkish Cup on previous day against Antalyaspor.
Besiktas has won double 3rd time in its history but this one without doubt has been most fought and deserved double due of circumstances which it been player due of Covid19 conditions, extensive difficult season with any breaks and also to some extend limited squad which team had compare to its main opponents. Besiktas, regardless if it managed to do so or not but most time it did, did focus to show strong positive game with looking for high number of opportunities in those conditions and hence did rise high number of praises for its performance. It did provide this dominant game in bit less way during Turkish Cup final but this been played after 2-days of celebration but still providing more slower patient game did get double in the end of the season. Without doubt, this season would be remembered for long time for everyone involved with Besiktas.
Besiktas did show great performance during this season and would now be focussed for sure to strengthen its side for Champions League during summer transfer window.
Antalyaspor couldnt show reaction after early goal.
With Antalyaspor showing some decline with its performance in last week of the season there has been some questions how side would be performing in the final but it did provide pretty ineffective game which been affected from conceding early goal.
Even through it is hard to discuss whats been original plan for final game as it concede on 3rd minute, it needs to be noted that side didnt provide much reaction after conceding which could be due of long season which their had like everyone else and also lack of self-belief from previous games. Antalyaspor did show some improvement during 2nd half with getting much more attacking with getting some good opportunity with Gokdeniz Bayraktar but Besiktas did provide some allowance and did control game which it was winning. In once sense, hence it was expected for them to show much better game but then with having decline of performance this shouldnt be seen as huge suprise.
Antalyaspor didnt show performance and reaction which could be enough to provide some pressure to its opponents for sure.
Fenerbahce has offered 3+1 player to Basaksehirspor for Edin Visca
As this, probably most difficult season in history of Turkish football has ended, first transfer rumours for summer has been coming out as there are reports that Fenerbahce are close to transfer Basaksehirspor player Edin Visca.
It is reported that Fenerbahce did offer 3 million euro +1 player to Basaksehirspor to sign Edin Visca which has played for 10 years at Basaksehirspor and there strong rumours that Visca wants to join side, but with being without doubt most successful player at club it would be interesting to see how club would react. It is known that Basaksehirspor until now doesnt provide issue when players want to leave but Visca issue is being pretty different and hence Fenerbahce might have intense with club.
