Alanyaspor has got important win despite of being with 10 men.
Junior Fernandes goal during Turkish Cup semi-final 1st leg game on last minute has helped Alanyaspor to get crucial away goal against Antalyaspor with taking account that their did play with 10 men, with providing strong game during 2nd half.
It needs to be noted for most amount of the game both sides did come out to the game with focus mainly not to lose game which did affect to the performance of 1st half as it did end with low number of the chances to some extend this focus did carried on during 2nd half even through their were more chances. Coming to specifically into Alanyaspor it needs to be praised for its high level performance and focus which it has also continued when it was left with 10 men where it has managed to balance defensive game and attacking game. After being left with 10 men its true that Antalyaspor got into more chances after being left with 10 men but it didnt allow them to concede so therefore it did manage its tasks. Stating all this it needs to be noted that Alanyaspor didnt provide much strong performance compare to opponents but scoring with less men at the field did make it clear it has wanted win much more and possibly been more focussed to the game.
It needs to be stated that it would be unfair to state that Antalyaspor did provide very poor performance as until 90+2 minute it managed to keep game into equal conditions but it needs to be admitted that Antalyaspor didnt provide too feel itself as it plays into home ground without providing too much pressure to Alanyaspor until it has got extra men which led them to provide an attacking game. Even through Antalyaspor did stay into high dipscipline and high focus in similar case to some extend as their opponents but it didnt provide too much creativity. Therefore, to turn this game during 2nd leg it needs to provide similar discipline but needs to add creativity and activity if it wants to get into final of the competition. It needs to be noted that Antalyaspor did lose an advantage in this tie and now need to focus among scoring goal not to concede which could be hard task as Alanyaspor does provide strong attacking on the field.
Even through for most amount of time, Alanyaspor did play with 10 men during 2nd half and still managed to get very important win thanks to Junior Fernandes goal in the end of the game.
Trabzonspor looked more confident compare to Fenerbahce.
When looking at performances of both club during Turkish Cup semi-final 1st leg game, it could be noted that Trabzonspor could be more dissapointed despite of winning with 2:1 scoreline against Fenerbahce due of providing stronger performance but didnt secure for sure final ticket.
It could be noted that Trabzonspor also provided controllable game especially during 1st half which could be understandably since this is being 2-leg game against strong opponent but even despite of all that it looked more effective when going forward which could be really be explained due of higher confidence and motivation compare to their opponents. Stating that, it could be noted that Trabzonspor been highly concentrated to game and did look more confident at front as been noted and only issue which could be given for them is to concede goal during last minutes of the game as their allowed for their opponents to get more into the game. Of course, being only side right now which could end season with double could provide some pressure to the team which possibly did effect into game but even more likely reason could be that its being 2-leg game.
Trabzonspor does have small advantage and taking account its 2nd leg would be away this tie is not being done for them despite of this small advantage.

Fenerbahce on other hand in all fairness did come out with many internal issues including for Ersun Yanal this being last game for team and hence it was hard for him and players to focus into game.
Even through Fenerbahce didnt provide very good performance and for most amount of game did provide defensive style game, it could be noted that with this circumstances it did actually good performance with raising tempo towards end of the game helping for Vedat Muriqi to get crucial away goal which to some extend did also happen due of Trabzonspor reducing their own tempo possibly from too much confidence. In fact, this result to some extend did help for upcoming coach, whoever it would be to come out to 2nd leg with having an aim at hand especially when taking account that for Fenerbahce only aim left for rest of the season would be Turkish Cup which is also crucial for them to compete at Europa League for next season. Fenerbahce in fact could use for its own advantage fact that game will take place in April and hence their is possibly for team to come out to game with better form and hence concentration.
Vedat Muriqi did score very important goal against Trabzonspor but its significance would become clear during 2nd leg of the tie.
