What happened in Turkish football today? 20/11/2019

Radamel Falcao will not be to play at least until 14th December.

Situation with Galatasaray player Radamel Falcao is getting even more critical as it is expected that he will not be able to return to team and play game earlier then 14th December which raises questions for what he was bought for.

People who are following Turkish football in recent years, and in fact who follow this page, would be able to find similarities with Robin van Persie case at Fenerbahce where he didnt play for long time due of injuries and did recieve high amount of salary which led excitement to get reduced from everyone . With Galatasaray administrators failing to take account that Falcao does have some serious injuries and followed popular demand from fans to purchase him, it does have player at hand who hardly played and found only 1 goal and slowly will be scrutinised by fans both towards player and administration. With monthly payment towards Falcao without any condition is being paid, player simply is getting paid for spending time in Spain where he is recovering from his injury. This condition could make more serious and only issue which could save this if Falcao, whenever her returns, starts showing top level performance.

This is situation needs to be taken account seriously and calmly so it wont build up into bigger crise.

European clubs interested with Ugurcan Cakir.

Clubs from top leagues in Europe carry on showing active interest towards Turkish players as their are rumours that Juventus, RB Leipzig and other 3 Bundesliga clubs are showing interest to player.

Without doubt one of the main new rising stars during this season and reason for Trabzonspor to be at race for leadership has been high level performance from team goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir who is showing strong performance during this season providing very important saves. Taking account also his age and factor as player he would develop as he does look to be hard-working player, does make it clear that he has potentiality to be among leading goalkeeper in upcoming future and even possibly be included for Euro2020 squad. Therefore, such an interest towards him from clubs from top leagues would be important as he would be able to develop even more where those clubs are more strong to develop their players, especially young ones.

As always, this page would follow how this transfer rumour will develop but it is unlikely player will be sold until next summer.

Al Nasr has offered 8 million euro for Besiktas player Adem Ljajic.

One of others transfer rumours taking place today has been news that Al Nasr is willing to pay 8 million euro to Besiktas player Adem Ljajic during mid-season transfer window.

With Ljajic being pretty far from level of performance which he has shown during last season and also not being able to provide top level performance at regular level, did keep Besiktas as an option to sell player during this mid-season transfer window and do fill with his place with other, possibly younger potential players. With FFP situation and general poor economical situation at club, it would be seen also happy for recieving such good offer for Ljajic taking account that he is not much player for now for this team. Again, if this rumour is true,it still those negotiations has only been started and can be taken twists and turn in upcoming months.

Our page once again will follow development as Ljajic future at Besiktas is uncertain for now.
