Turkey ends Euro 2020 qualifiers at high note.
Turkey has ended its qualification campaign at Euro 2020 with win against Andorra thanks to two goals which has come from Enes Unal who also has scored his 1st two goals for national team and generally did provide positive image.
With Turkey securing its Euro2020 ticket prior to the game head coach Senol Gunes has decided to provide some playing opportunities to youth players who doesnt only get much playing time in national side but also in their own team and more importantly to see how players would be developing in upcoming future at national team with possibility to call them into squad for upcoming games and see if those players can provide desired performance. It needs to be stated that due of some excitiment which players naturally had, their did provide some good performance and did show some fighting spirit in the game which is not important for team in sense of qualifying but has been very good opportunity for them to provide some fighting spirit in the upcoming games. This team does have strong future and Gunes will be happy to see that.
Right now, Senol Gunes would be starting to have some planning until Euro 2020 which will start next June which includes planning for 5 friendlies prior to tournament.
Muslera and Babel experienced injuries during national team break.
Galatasaray players Fernando Muslera and Ryan Babel which are being one of the most important players during this season has become injured during their national duties and even through seriousness of injuries are not know yet, their absence could have negative impact to national side without doubt.
Especially with Fernando Muslera, both players does provide key role with their performance in this season so far with Muslera providing crucial saves during this season and saving games in many occassions, while Babel even through is not providing specifically perfect performance this season, still provides key role with starting chances. With having also injuries of many key players, especially in attack team would be very dissapointed to hear with those injuries and would be looking for ways to find replacement for those two players during upcoming games. Muslera tends to be key goalkeeper and hence this would be most problematic issue even through it is only known that he is taken from Uruguay national squad and possibly injury is not as bad as been reported.
Therefore, Galatasaray would be hoping that this injury is not as serious to affect their performance.
Besiktas are interested to transfer Sivasspor player Emre Kilinc.
Besiktas are showing strong interest to transfer one of the key Sivasspor player Emre Kilinc who has played one of the most important roles for team to be currently at the top place in the league.
Kilinc did gather high amount of attention from other clubs but according to news reports, Besiktas tends to show most interest towards him focussing into purchasing him during mid-season transfer window and hence push this team forward with attacking style of play and hence solve winger issue with its attacks. Therefore, this transfer would be very important for team and provide crucial role.
