Konyaspor wins its 1st game at the Europa League in its history.

Konyaspor has managed to win Vitoria Guimaraes during Europa League Group I 2nd week game and hence winning its 1st ever win at the tournament after 2nd season or in other words after 7 games. With this being at 2nd half this win would also provide some hope for play-off ticket at this season.

Konyaspor which has been criticised a lot during its Europa League performance at the past seasons has created some number of the chances during game and has managed to win it. Even through it is hard to state that game has been played with high number of the chances, Konyaspor was one which has created dangerous chances and had to some extend dominated game from start to end. This was without doubt a very important win for them as it would allow them to aim for getting much needed confidence at the tournament at its European journey. Only possible downside for Konyaspor side has been of conceding goal towards end after 2:0 but once again this is historical and an important win for them. It also needs to be reminded that this game has been 1st for Konyaspor with its supporters due of ban at the Super League and this factor without doubt has provided great motivational boost to the home side players.

Stating that Vitoria are among weakest teams at the group and didnt provide a good performance during the game which has been in hand for Konyaspor. It does look like Vitoria might be outsider at this group.

Konyaspor as been stated has been won a very important game which is also their 1st win at the tournament and now would look more confidently and self-belief for upcoming games at the tournament.

Braga has used its experience to win against Basaksehirspor.

Basaksehirspor has lots its game against Braga with 2:1 scoreline during Europa League 2nd week game with 2:1 scoreline against one of the experienced teams at the Europe which as been mentioned at yesterday's blog has affected game.

Taking account that Braga has also been playing at the home ground has affected to the Braga providing good and forward seeking performance and was much more better prepared to the game.
Stating that one of the most positive aspects of the game has been for Basaksehirspor to find goal in very fast manner from conceding 1st goal as Emre Belozoglu after 2 minutes of conceding. In fact, Basaksehirspor did provide a good performance during game and did show some fight at such difficult away game. As been mentioned, Basaksehirspor experience as club at Europe is not much would provide such poor results but it would need time to get used to it and still can turn group around with upcoming two games with Hoffenheim which now turns to be a tough game for them in upcoming two weeks. Basaksehirspor has chance to turn around its performance at the group.

Braga has provided a very good performance at its home ground as it was used to play with Turkish clubs and has provided this experience in positive note against Basaksehirspor and in their side has good result.

Meanwhile, Basaksehirspor did provide good performance at its only 2nd game at group stage but could provide even better and is expected to improve against Hoffenheim in next two games.

Fenerbahce is coming out 1st time as strong favourite during this season.

With Fenerbahce winning past two games against Alanyaspor and derby game Besiktas with scoring in total of 6 goals in those past games has provided a good motivational boost and it would be aiming to carry on this performance during Super League 7th week game against Akhisarspor.

With also national team break coming up for next week, Fenerbahce would also aim to get to it at high mood with a win against Akhisarspor and carry on its high level performance which it has gained from last two weeks. It became clear from those games that role of Vincent Janssen and Giuliano is being very important and without doubt it would be aiming to carry on this high level performance at the game against Akhisarspor. Fenerbahce head coach Aykut Kocaman one of the main issues has been of lack of motivation from their players but it is clear that their had regained that factor during last 2 weeks and this would be an important aspect for game tomorrow. In other hand, Akhisarspor needs to be aware that Fenerbahce to some extend is not playing their very best football yet and should seek to play its top performance but it would be difficult to them.

It could be stated to some extend that during this season Fenerbahce is coming out 1st time as strong favourite and it needs to carry on this recent performance to get to national team break at high mood.
