Fenerbahce has played unorganised football against Krasnodar.
Fenerbahce return to the Europa League has been pretty dissapointing as it wasnt able to show any fighting and organised football during 2nd leg 1st leg game against Krasnodar which it has lost with 1:0 scoreline, score which their can consist to be lucky with its performance.
The selection of the squad by the Dick Advocaat has undoubetedly provided biggest criticism and talks by the media, as he has selected to start with Emmanuel Emenike who didnt play for around 3 months including period when he was taken out of from squad. Besiktas has won with effective tactical game.
Among of all the three teams to be playing at the Europa League 2nd round 1st leg games, Besiktas has showed the most in-form performance which could be visible from scoreline as it has won game with 3:1 scoreline. It did provide classical away team performance but it has got very advantage scoreline.
One of the main things which Besiktas did at the game against Israeli opponents is to show respect to them which lack of brings some dissapointing results at the European stage. It did play smart, organised defensive game which was focussed at away games so it would not come back with too bad scoreline. As the game progressed Besiktas started showing more attacking football which also explains why their found 1st goal at the 42nd minute. From side it could be seen that their were bit scared of Hapoel but this was all due of tactics which people who have knowledge of football would recognise. Cenk Tosun at the Besiktas still carries on good season as he found an important goal at 2nd half which played important role for them to win the game. Besiktas did state focussed and almost got one feet at the last 16 stage of the tournament.
Besiktas it needs to be stated certainly needs to stay focussed for 2nd leg game as it still didnt qualify but this scoreline and support of fans would play an important role for them to carry on at the competition.
Osmanlispor has good chances at 2nd leg against Olympiakos.
Osmanlispor carries on its memorable performance at the Europa League as it managed to get an important draw against Olympiakos at the 2nd round 1st leg game with providing good defensive game and with performance with Karcemarskas has stopped them to find a goal.
Osmanlispor during the game has been mainly focussing into defensive side of the game knowing that Olympiakos will show an attacking football which it needs to be stated it didnt show as much as expected by Osmanlispor head coach Mustafa Resit Akcay as he has stated at the end of the game. It was pretty normal for Osmanlispor to play save football not going forward too much as Olympiakos is without doubt one of the hardest away games at the European football and inexperienced team like Osmanlispor could not risk to play too much attacking football. This tactics has played well and with Olympiakos not finding goals providing really good chance in Ankara as Osmanlispor does provide good performance at the home ground.
This scoreline provides lots of reasons to stay positive for next week but still it needs to focus not to concede among by scoring goal.
