Besiktas continues showing ineffective game losing this time to Kasimpasa.
Besiktas continues showing ineffective performance during this season including at home as it lost against Kasimpasa with 3:1 scoreline and didnt start 2024 with top performance and to some extend continues poor performance in this season.
Besiktas did provide some resistance and was at the game for most of the game as it did try to continue ball but Kasimpasa during that period did keep game at its own hand and has prevented for team to provide strong resistance during that period and with good counter-attack with Da Costa team has found opening goal and after some moments Semih Kilicsoy did find an equaliser as he continues showing some good performance at the team but same couldnt be stated for whole team. Rather than being highly motivated during 2nd half with finding an equaliser right before half-time, Kasimpasa has shown much more effective performance during 2nd half and has found 2 more goals thanks to the Da Costa hattrick in overall game. Besiktas does hence some serious issues and it would need to improve as new coach is expected to be announced at short period.
Kasimpasa did get an important away game against one of big clubs regardless of its condition and hence this win would provide an important confidence and motivation for upcoming games as it could even aim for top 4 spot.
Besiktas continues showing an ineffective game at the game as it lacks motivation and confidence at the field, an area which would Giovanni van Bronckhorst focus on in upcoming weeks.
Trabzonspor would be aiming to improve its attacking game against Ankaragucu.
Trabzonspor aim to get into good position of the top 4 spots and also to start 2024 at the high note as it would be playing one of the most difficult away games against Ankaragucu as team still aims to solve issues at attack.
It has been noted several times at our blog that one of the main issues at Trabzonspor is being ineffective performance at the attack while defence of the team is being in pretty good condition and does provide some strong and organised game in that area. It needs to be reminded that Ankaragucu ex-CEO Faruk Koca did have some negative impact at the side which also for sure did affect into players confidence and motivation and hence it would be unclear how side would be performing against Trabzonspor. Trabzonspor would be coming out as favourite to the game but it is expected for them to have some serious issue at the attack.
Trabzonspor as been noted would be aiming to have strong and effective start of the 2024 and it would be playing against side which would be going through some serious issues.
Mauro Icardi will not play for some weeks due of operation needed under eye.
Galatasaray has announced that it would not let its player Mauro Icardi to play for some weeks due of an injury he got under his face and eyes during derby game against Fenerbahce as he would be going through plastic operation.
As it is remembered, an eye injury which Mauro Icardi got under eye did get lots of discussion in Turkish football community with lots of discussion how he did get bruise under his eyes. But it could be stated that bruise which he did got did have some effect into his face with breaking bones around the area and would lead him to miss some games in upcoming weeks. It would be interesting to see how team would find solution meanwhile regarding this injury as Mauro Icardi is playing key player at the team and does play an important role of side pushing away and hence this would be seen as difficult option for Okan Buruk in attacking level as team would play crucial games.
As been noted, Mauro Icardi stated injury is being pretty serious and hence club would need to lead player to have some important break as some operations would be done to area.
