Galatasaray didnt provide an effective performance against Sivasspor.
Galatasaray has lost crucial 2 points at the season where every win is being important one for title and it needs to be stated that it has provided pretty poor performance and using an excuse of referee performance is not really in place.
Taking account into circumstances during which game has been scheduled to be played at due of weather conditions, condition of the field and Galatasaray having lots of injuries it has been expected for game to be difficult one. Galatasaray did look to be better side at 1st half but still it did take time for them to find an openning goal as it provided pretty uncreative and low tempo game but did find goal on 40th minute eventually with Kerem Demirbay. Rather than improving tempo, Galatasaray has went into less possession and control of the game which provided confidence and motivation for the Sivasspor which started going more into attack and did find a equaliser thanks to the Gedson Fernandes. Therefore, Galatasaray did provide very poor performance on the field and needs to find solution of such poor game in recent weeks.
Galatasaray tries to make it look like this draw did come from referee decisions but it needs to be stated that it didnt affect much and some decisions are questionable
Trabzonspor didnt look convincing against Samsunspor despite of win.
Trabzonspor has managed to win Black Sea Derby game against Samsunspor with 2:1 scoreline but it needs to be stated that team continues to be showing ineffective game at the field.
Trabzonspor quality of game and watchability is getting less and less as it aims to win games more into tactically with Abdullah Avci mentality of game play and does reduce creativity. Trabzonspor does have limit of good players and also injured players which does has direct impact but still it is job for Avci to find solution to get also good wins rather than just wins. Plus with poor game you can only beat sides which are way below your level while its direct opponents could provide lots of issues to team.
Therefore, Trabzonspor is not showing good wins but does look good on field as it kept its 3rd spot at the table.
Besiktas could be extra motivated as it is 1st game for Fernando Santos
Besiktas would come out to 1st game with its new head coach Fernando Santos and without doubt it would be interesting how it would perform against Fatih Karagumruk.
It needs to be mentioned that win against Rizespor of 4:0 scoreline did come from motivation which appointment and also being on stadium provided to players but now it would be interesting to see how side would respond to his 1st game. If it would be having similar impact mentally, it could be getting a confident win against Fatih Karagumruk but it needs to be stated thats its rivals would have plans to give some problematic times to its opponent.
