Fenerbahce got win against Galatasaray as it got into 2nd spot in the standing.
Fenerbahce has won derby of two continents with 2:0 scoreline and has reached to 2nd spot with 6 weeks left until end of the season with 1 point ahead of Konyaspor thanks to the goals of Miha Zajc and Serdar Dursun.
When looking on the standings, Fenerbahce is currently being focussed into getting to 2nd spot which would mean it would get to the Champions League qualifiers and has both used an opportunity after Konyaspor has lost this week and also getting win from one of the biggest derbies in the world. Fenerbahce as been noted did need win more than Galatasaray, and it has provided its performance according to that with providing pressure for 90 minutes and control of the game, and it could be argued that it could have done that even more especially in the beginning of the game but this has been more than enough. Such willingness has led for Fenerbahce to score both goals with high organising matter. This has been 6th win back-to-back among positive football with Ismail Kartal becoming head coach of the side.
Galatasaray which since loss to Barcelona at Europa League more or less is being played formality games and only being motivated to show good performance and made it supporters be proud of the game again and Gabriel Torrent aiming to prove his worth to current administrative team are being motivational boost. Even those reasons does look to be reasonable reasons, its not still enough to get result against side which has mathematical aims at the standings. Galatasaray did provide some good opportunities but when looking in overall it did look to be pretty passive and let Fenerbahce to control game as was expected.
Fenerbahce did come out as favourites was expected to be more organised and attacking compare to Galatasaray and this is how game did turn around for 90 minutes.
Trabzonspor are being too relaxed right now.
Trabzonspor has drawn against Gaziantep as players are showing too much relaxation with its performance as side is being close for title as there is mathematical possibility for club to become champions even next week.
Without downgrading Gaziantep, who did show strong organised game at home ground which explains why its being one of the best sides at home during this season, Trabzonspor are not showing similar level of pressure and attacking game as it managed to get through such organised defence during this season. Trabzonspor does provide lower tempo game and didnt find great shots which could be sign of feeling under pressure at the team which is being unclear right now as it is incredibly close for title. As been noted, there is possibility for Trabzonspor to win title next week, but it needs to show much more attacking game against Fatih Karagumruk if it wants to get title.
Such relaxation still led them to win points and opponents doesnt provide on-going winning record but stating that they won title before they do provided relaxation to Trabzonspor.
Besiktas came closer to top 4 spots in the league.
Besiktas continues providing positive view since Valerien Ismael has joined Besiktas as side has won game with 4:1 scoreline but it needs to bementioned that opponent has been on decline during recent weeks.
This win has meant that Besiktas would be now able to focus into Conference League spot at the league as it reduced point difference with Alanyaspor to 2 points with winning this game but it would be difficult 6 weeks for Besiktas as it is not clear how long would Ismael continue such great game. Positive thing that players does show strong reaction to new tactics and kind of play which he awaits for them and if they would able ti imporve with this tactics, Besiktas likely would continue to be improving as side.
Valerien Ismael has got impressive win with Alanyaspor and with reducing point difference with top 4 to 2 points would provide confidence for rest of the season for the side.
