Trabzonspor has showed good performance against Kayserispor but it wasnt an easy game.
Trabzonspor has won crucial Super League game against Kayserispor with 2:0 scoreline with finding goals during last minutes of the game even through it did show slightly better performance but Kayserispor goalkeeper and defence did show great performance at defence also.
It also needs to be reminded that it was pretty emotional goal for Ekuban who has scored first goal of the game during 83rd minute as he has his mother during this week and quite rightfully has dedicated his goal to her during celebration. It needs to be stated that with very good performance against Fenerbahce during last week, it was very interesting how side would be performing in today's game against Kayserispor. Even through it was pretty far from similar tempo which it has shown against Fenerbahce, it has shown signs of being confident during game but Kayserispor did show good preparation for game without doubt. Positive sign which it could be get from Trabzonspor during game that it has stayed focus and tried their hard to win which led side to show dominant game. Another good sign for Trabzonspor also has been for Amiri to score goal as he has entered to field and has found goal from almost 1st touch of the ball.
Kasimpasa meanwhile even through didnt been very active during its attacks still managed to show good performance at the back with Lung making crucial saves prior of scoring goal. With Kayserispor having difficult days and also losing game, it could be stated that defensively it has shown good performance until 83rd minute at least.
Trabzonspor has got very important game without conceding goal during game and has got an important 3 points reducing point difference with league leaders Basaksehirspor to 8 points.
Besiktas are favourite against Galatasaray but their are not coming at best form
This weeks derby game between Besiktas and Galatasaray would be one of the games when both teams are not showing great performance in the recent weeks and would need to win game if their want to stay close to leadership race and obtain optimism.
Even through recent performance at the league is being similar at the league, Besiktas does have slight advantage over Galatasaray as it has won at Europa League against Sarspsborg 08 while losing 2:0 scoreline and has won game 3:2 with finding goal at the last minute. Also coming to the squad, even through it is missing number of the players at the field such as Pepe among main ones, it would come out with better squad compare to Galatasaray for sure and also playing at home ground with getting push from its supporters to get an important win at the ground. It would been expected that Besiktas fans would not show protests towards its players as it being derby game expect if Besiktas would provide very bad performance which is very unlikely to happen due of status of the game. However, Besiktas would only have 2 days of preparation for this game after difficult game against Sarpsborg so signs of tiredness could show itself on the day.
Besiktas does have some advantage against Galatasaray but it wont be an easy game for them also for sure and would need to be difficult game for sure.
Galatasaray needs to give much more effort compare to previous games against Besiktas.
Galatasaray as a team is going through difficult period right now as it has recieved bad results from Super League and has lost chance to compete at Champions League due of loss against Lokomotiv Moscow.
Adding to that, fines and injuries of players and also bans towards Fatih Terim, Galatasaray would be coming in conditions which any club would like to be prior to such important game both for the league and also historical rivarly between both sides. Galatasaray has aimed to gain some motivation towards players as it has recieved support from their fans as it had training session at its own stadium in similar manner as it did prior to Fenerbahce game last season. Galatasaray would have difficult game against Besiktas with having lots of pressure to players who would be coming out especially when Galatasaray players are not showing great performance.
Galatasaray needs to improve drastically against Besiktas compare to recent games if it wants to get a win during game.
