Turkish National Team and Romania were not motivated to their game which led it being played at slow tempo.
Turkish National Team even through has been expected to provide not its best performance against Romanian National Team during international friendly game after not getting ticket to the World Cup 2018, it was still expected to show better performance than yesterday.
Turkish National Team during whole team didnt get into the game and has allowed to dominate game by Romania which their did even through it could been stated that their didnt show great performance either. Both teams without doubt has come out with negative motivation and focus to the game which led game to played at slow tempo. There is strong argument that if Turkey has played better game it would been able to win Romania with it game tomorrow as Romania played their best by Turkish media, but we need to remember that Romania wasnt highly motivated to the game also with same reasons as Turkey. One of the main reasons for poor game by Turkish National Team has been also for players not being used to each other as it was unusual squad for a team.It did improve during end of the 2nd half but it was certainly too late for them.
Turkish National Team would play its following friendly game on 13th November against Albania where it would come out as more favourite but Albania doesnt have lack of motivation compare to Romania and hence we can see surprising result from them.
Besiktas are interested to transfer Tigres player Andre-Pierre Gignac.
Transfer rumours at the Super League are still taking place around Turkish media which latest being that Besiktas CEO Fikret Orman would have one-on-one transfer negotiations with Tigres player Andre-Pierre Gignac.
Besiktas interest to transfer Gignac has been discussed a lot at the Turkish media for long time now and it does look like that Besiktas might be able to conclude this transfer at upcoming winter transfer window. It also reported that Gignac wants to be selected again to the World Cup 2018 French squad and would certainly see chance at playing at the Champions League play-off round with a team to get this opportunity. For certainly, Fikret Orman would use this as an advantage to himself at the transfer negotiations. Gignac with his good experience and still willing to play top football would be big help for the team in from window. The positive of this is also Orman showing strong interest to make this chance of transfer.
Besiktas are close to make transfer deal with Andre-Pierre Gignac at the mid-season transfer window but we would see what would happen at the end.
Fenerbahce has set bonus for rest of the 1st half of the games in the league waiting only wins from this games.
Fenerbahce administrators are playing to introduce 5,000,000 TL bonus to its players if their manage to win all 6 Super League games until mid-season break as a hope it would improve the performance of the players
Without doubt administration of the club are doing their best to find solutions for this poor performance of the team and one way to achieve this is to introduce bonuses for good results at the team. Without this monetary boost to the team would be able to motivate players but it could not be enough as it been mentioned before the issue seems to be deeper than this. Therefore, it might bit naive do expect that club would improve with its performance with only money but in same time it was done before and has been achieved by Fenerbahce and other clubs around world in footballing history. Its just important for players to show good reaction.
For Fenerbahce still having chance for league title it has only option to win rest of the games until mid-season transfer window to get closer to the Galatasaray and time would show how it would achieve that.
