Turkey has shown strong character against Germany during friendly game
Turkish National Team has got a well-fought game against Germany in Berlin with 3:2 scoreline as both sides were giving their best game even through its been friendly game and has led to an exciting open game.
It has been mentioned that since Germany has got into Euro 2024 with 2 weeks to go at its qualifying game, this game without doubt has been seen as preparation for actual tournament at next summer and its not to be mentioned that it has passed this test in pretty successful manner. It does need to be mentioned that start of the game wasnt actually perfect as among scoring an early goal with Havertz on 5th minute it also needs to be stated that Germany has been better side but it has been specfically important from Turkey perspective to stay focussed and it showed very good response as it did find an equaliser with Ferdi Kadioglu and right before break it has got goal from Kenan Yildiz which has meant that he did found goal against national team which has helped to become player as he is now. Turkey did start 2nd half with conceding goal but once again it has shown strong character and did find a winning goal on 70th minute with Yusuf Sari with hence getting pretty important win in sense of sending message to all teams at Euro 2024 for next summer tournament.
Since Germany are not playing qualifying games as it is hosting Euro 2024, it is taking friendlies in serious manner and are showing its strongest performance which it did during this game and has shown incredible strong performance. Despite of unexpected loss on their perspective, it needs to be stated that team does provide some hope for next year tournament.
Turkey did get an important win as been stated against Germany and among get confidence and motivation for next season tournament, it has also send important message to everyone prior to Euro 2024
Bakasetas has declined offer from AEK Athens.
One of the most discussed rumours during today has been report that Trbazonspor player Anastios Bakasetas has declined transfer offer from AEK Athens as he is considering to move to top league during mid-season transfer window.
Therefore, news that Bakasetas did decline transfer offer from AEK Athens which has been going through Turkish sports media should not be read that player considering to stay in Trabzonspor as he is still thinking to leave team mainly due of not recieving playing time and it also reported that Trabzonspor new coach Abdullah Avci trying to convince Bakasetas to stay as he is has been one of the key players in the team which side won league 2 years ago. Therefore, we might be see some development in near future regarding future of Bakasetas in the team.
Bakasetas future is being certain and expects to be one of the most discussed issues in upcoming period and also possibly during mid-season transfer window and we would follow all developments.
Wout Weghorst would like to return to Besiktas.
It is been reported that Manchester United player Wout Weghorst who doesnt get much of playing time at Hoffenheim where he is being loaned and also English club not considering to give lots of playing time, is considering to return to Besiktas.
It is reported that Weghorst agent has contacted Besiktas administration stating that player would like to return to the team during mid-season transfer window and it would be interesting to see how Besiktas would be responding as it does need good attacking player but in same time the way Weghorst has left team has not been in good manner and hence it could be stated that Weghorst would need to give some effort to convince Besiktas administration to it happen. Meanwhile, it is reported as been expected that new administration which would win election on 3rd December would make deciison about this matter.
It would be interesting to see how Besiktas would act on such offer from player as we would be following as always on this matter.
