Galatasaray gets an unexpected loss against Giresunspor as it has lost its 1st game during this season as two mistakes back-to-back has led for Borja Sainz to find a winning goal just few minutes before Dries Mertens has entered to the field.
Even through in our introduction we did state that this has been surprising result, to some extend if its being that surprising as Giresunspor did manage to get win against Istanbul giants in the previous season. It needs to be mentioned that Galatasaray has been looked to be better side on the field when looking at statistics as it has controlled game and has provided an attacking focussed game but it needs to be mentioned also that there were not creating much possibilities and shots to the goal. Therefore, Giresunspor defence has provided controllable defensive game without letting Galatasaray to get into clear possibilities. However, it also needs to be mentioned that Galatasaray also didnt provide highly organised performance themselves and looked to be failing to find final shots.
Giresunspor on their part has got an important win as their have lost in previous week and with beating side like Galatasaray would provide without doubt needed confidence and motivation for upcoming weeks.
Galatasaray hence did lose its first loss of the game at the home ground but it needs to be mentioned that it didnt do much on attack despite of looked to be one which controlled possession.
Trabzonspor gets win against Hatayspor.
Trabzonspor continues its winning performance so far during this season without conceding any goals during 3-game period which includes Super Cup against Sivasspor but there is still signs of an attacking improvement for side.
It needs to be mentioned that Trabzonspor did look more creating and also more attacking compare to Hatayspor during its game but despite of that it is hard to note that it has shown strong dominance of the game. It needs to be mentioned that Hatayspor also has provided some opportunities during 1st half and did look to use some chances which it did get but couldnt overpass effective defensive game as this position it needs to be admitted looks to be more effective compare to attacking game. An injury of Edin Visca who has broken his arm would not be able for side for 2-3 months as this would be expected to be big loss to the team.
Trabzonspor hence does provide some good defensive game but lacks effective attacking game which could raise some issues against Copenhagen game.
Besiktas would seek to provide good perforamnce against Alanyaspor.
Besiktas would be focussed to continue its winning start of the season with seeking to get win against tough opponent Alanyaspor as it would also seek to improve its performance which it has shown against Kayserispor.
Besiktas as top clubs without doubt would be aiming to get title in this season and it has started when coming to result at way it has seeked for but without doubt when looking in the performance, there is place for improvement in the team and hence this would be case against Alanyaspor. Last week Kayserispor has provided some problematic minutes to the Besiktas where side did struggle and similar factor could be taken place during game against Alanyaspor. Therefore, Besiktas would need to show much more confident and attacking game compare to 1st week game.
Besiktas did get result which it wanted on previous week but likely be unhappy with performance. This week it would aim to get positive outcome in both this factors.
