Trabzonspor continues winning games, this time beating Gaziantep.
Trabzonspor continues winning games and getting close to its title aims with beating 3:0 scoreline against Gaziantep but even more important it did manage to get win especially with such scoreline without showing especially very good performance.
Trabzonspor did provide pretty worrying start of the game especially as Gaziantep did provide strong agressive game in the attack with showing back-to-back attacks to Trabzonspor goal with getting some very good opportunities.It needs to be mentioned that goal did come to some extend with luck from Abdulkadir Omur who did score with providing cross to Gaziantep goal which did flew directly to goal with opponent goalkeeper not showing much reaction. This goal without doubt did provide much more confidence to Trabzonspor and let lose motivation for Gaziantep. This factor without doubt helped Trabzonspor to get much more ahead into the goal which led for them to find 2 more goals in the end of the 1st half. To some extend, due of some absences which side did come and also scoreline Trabzonspor did reduce tempo of the game during 2nd half letting Gaziantep to provide some opportunities during this period. Still, Trabzonspor did get important win without showing especially dominant game from start to an end.
Gaziantep did provide strong performance with focussing into positive scoreline and to some extend this outcome is being unfair for them as it didnt use its opportunities effectively and couldnt pass opponent goalkeeper. But still this game performance does provide some optimism for upcoming weeks.
Trabzonspor did get win without especially showing strong performance but without doubt each will make them closer to title which their been awaiting for long time.
Fenerbahce got well-deserved win against Galatasaray.
Fenerbahce got win during derby of two continents with providing strong fighting spirit and finding two great goals thanks to the Mesut Ozil and Miguel Crespo as side had gave everything to win this game.
It needs to be noted that due of playing at the side where been only Galatasaray supporters, getting behind and getting red card towards end without doubt did provide difficulty situation to Fenerbahce but self-belief and character which been shown for 90 minutes did led for Fenerbahce to get well-deserved win. It needs to be mentioned that whole squad did provide its top levle game with Berke Ozer which been questioned if would be showing top level game, did just that with getting some crucial saves while Kim Min Jae defence without doubt played crucial role for this win and to some extend did make him player of the week. Mesut Ozil provided without doubt his best game after joining Fenerbahce scoring top level goal with high speed while criticised Miguel Crespo did find winning goal on last with Diego Rossi providing great pass. Fenerbahce were focussed to win this game and did just that in the end of the day.
Without doubt, this win would provide incredible push for upcoming weeks for side and it is expected for this result to affect positively to next game against Goztepe.
Galatasaray were not as effective as Fenerbahce.
Galatasaray did use referee card for losing this game, but this time its not being case as Halil Umut Meler did show high level performance and even through did make some mistakes, he wasnt take any sides.
Even through in some positions Galatasaray did state that Umut Meler was taking sides and hence did provide fair refereeing during whole game, when looked at position it needs to be noted that most been true. In fact, Mbiaye Diagne did state that same position at Rizespor were give foul but here not. Only issue that everyone has agreed Rizespor position has been foul so he is looking at different perspective. When looking at possession and opportunities, Galatasaray did look to be better side but when looking into effectiveness and willingness it didnt reach into level which Fenerbahce been without doubt for 90 minutes. Galatasaray did provide strong and good performance but there were not as good it needs to be admitted. Galatasaray now finds itself 13 points behind leaders Trabzonspor and need to find solutions of poor results urgently.
Galatasaray did show good performance but didnt want to get win as much as Fenerbahce and throwing blame to referee is not solution to this.
