What happened in Turkish football today? 10/11/2021



Galatasaray got 2-game ban for away games due events which took place against Olympique Marseille.

Galatasaray has recieved 50,000 euro fine and 2-game away game supporters fine following events at France during Europa League game against Olympique Marseille had hitted hooligan activity.

High tensions between Turkish and French supporters especially during games which takes place in France seems to be taken pretty often when both country clubs tend to be playing against each other with it getting into heated actions both inside and outside stadiums. Therefore, during this game it is reported that Galatasaray supporters were throwing flames into football field which been main decision for such fine. It needs to be mentoned that 2-game ban of supporters to some extend is being even more serious unwanted news than monetary as Galatasaray without doubt would prefer for supporters to provide strong push in crucial games which would be coming on Europe.

It is not known what led for this events which brough this decision from UEFA, but it is clear that Turkish clubs supporters need to be more careful when playing against French opponents.

Benjamin Tetteh will not play for 4-6 games due of injury.

Kayserispor player Benjamin Tetteh will not be playing for 4-6 weeks due of injury which without doubt would be unwanted news as he is being one of the key players in the side.

Tetteh has been without doubt one of the key players to push his side forward so absence which would last almost until end of the calendar year could have some difficult circumstances with Hikmet Karaman having some trouble to finding replacements for such position in upcoming games but he would need to find solutons to sort this out with looking different formulas during training session.

It would be interesting to see how Hikmet Karaman solve this issue as it is being loss of key player could affect some difficulties.

Kaan Ayhan hopes to get more playing time at club career

Sassuolo player Kaan Ayhan stated that he doesnt happy for not recieving lost of playing time hence making it clear he would like to be transferred to different side in winter.

Every player without doubt would be aiming to get as much as playing time and without doubt Kaan Ayhan is being one of them and hence he is being unhappy for always being in the substitution and he did inform his intentions to coach who is aware of this condition.
