Turkey rises to 2nd spot with 6:0 win against Gibraltar and Norway losing 2 points.
Turkish National National as been expected did get very confident win against Gibraltar with 6:0 scoreline and with Norway getting suprising loss of 2 points it led for Turkey to reach to 2nd spot due of +1 goal difference.
Without doubt, its been expected for Turkey to get easy win against Gibraltar but wasnt expected for Norway to lose those points and hence to some extend Latvia did provide huge help with Turkey needing to win against Montenegro among scoring more goals than Norway does against Holland. Coming to the game, as been expected Turkey did use its advantage from finding an early goal from Kerem Akturkoglu and without doubt red card from opponent did let for Turkey for task to be much easier as it been case arleady and without doubt this would provide needed motivation. Meanwhile, its been important for goals to be coming from Kerem Akturkoglu, Mert Muldur and Halil Dervisoglu who would potential in Turkey at future and at World Cup if it manages to qualify.
Gibraltar is being one of the weakest opponents and hence it would be too harsh to criticise them and without doubt conceding goal on 11th minute and red card did affect them. Gibraltar surely did provide its best game.
