Turkey gets win against Montenegro and got runners-up spot at the group.
Turkish National Team gets win against Montenegro with 2:1 scoreline and gets into play-off round of the World Cup qualifiers while in parallel game Holland have won Norway with 2:1 scoreline.
It needs to be noted that game did start with pretty performance from Turkey as it conceded goal from Bergaj on 4th minute and did have issues to get into the game until 25th minute Kerem Akturkoglu at the game where Turkey didnt have any option apart of winning it. Even through Turkey didnt provide very good dominant game during 1st half, with Montenegro managed to get upper hand in some moments, Turkey did look to be more focussed and motivated during 2nd half possibly to of 0:0 scoreline at Holland game at that moment. It needs to be mentioned that both Kerem Akturkoglu and Okrun Kokcu been great and well-fought goals, with Kokcu been done from distance and couldnt been prevented much from goalkeeper. In overall, it needs to be stated that head coach Stefan Kuntz did come at difficult time but giving all his effort for team success did very important achievement for helping side ending at 2nd spot as 4-games there were not much hopes.
It needs to be stated that even through Montenegro did come for formality game its been highly concentrated and did provide strong concentrated game focussing to get win and prevent Turkey and did their opponents get fought win.
Stefan Kuntz did have impressive achievement and now side would be waiting for semi-final opponent at World Cup 2022 knockout qualifying stage which would become clear on 26th November as there difficult opponents.
